Super easy and quick. I was dropping off family at the airport and also had a overnight FedEx package I needed to send. This place was right there at the airport. It was very easy to find and away from all the terminal traffic. I went in out in under a min. Good location to use if you don't want to wait in long lines at other locations and are in the area.

We have had many packages shipped to us through online companys. A good majority of the packages end up lost and /or late. I wish we could choose for online stores to only use UPS. Once again our package from chewy is now 2 days late. Ups would have already delivered the package

I had 4 packages that were shipped through FedEx in the last 4 months to zipcode 99201. The first time, the package was never delivered and got "lost." the last location was at their facility and they never even attempted to deliver. the last 3 times they were at the Spokane location and were attempted to be delivered at least 3 times but were delayed due to the "weather." I can assure you that is BS because all the roads are clear and Ups and USPS have been deliveries without a problem. And let me add it was 3 different packages that they kept delaying!!! So, if you have stores/merchandise that use FedEx in the 99201 area- avoid at all costs!!!

Usually love FedEx, today though I wanna give a shout out to the driver who left my packages out in the rain, which included a brand new air fry. Common sense left that driver apparently. Thanks a lot.

Expect your package to be lost, delayed, or delete the wrong address. I never get a FedEx package on time or as addressed. They have serious personnel issues here. Try any other carrier!
