Have to say the prescription they gave me is the best I have experienced in my life! Feels like I am seeing the world with fresh eyes. The staff and dr were wonderful, accomodating, and fun. Overall a good experience.

Dr. Atkar and Dr. Evans were great. Our family loved them and have nothing but great things to say about the actual doctors themselves. Our problem was with front desk person. Specifically the middle aged blonde with long hair. Rude. So rude. So so arrogant. Very unpleasant. As well as the man that was “helping” my wife look for glasses. We decided not to buy any frames in office bc of him. Unfortunately, we will not be back because of the customer service.

Great office overall!!! Took us in when I had an emergency when no one else did, Dr. Daniel Evans is great doctor.

The BEST customer service and (more importantly) top-notch medical care. I was miserable on 6/5/23 because I felt like I had something in my eye, but when I called 3 optometry clinics, I was repeatedly told to go to Urgent Care because no appointments were available. Whitney at The Eye Care Team was exceptionally kind, and she found an opening for me in the schedule. On 6/6/23, Dr. Kellogg quickly located and removed the piece of metal (with rust!) in my eyeball, and I immediately felt 1000% better. I will return to and recommend The Eye Care Team in a heartbeat!

I’ve struggled with finding an office that could fit me with the correct eyewear the last several years. But my experience at The Eye Care office has been great, especially with Sherri, who help fit me with the correct glasses, her knowledge and attention to detail and recommendations were perfect. My husband had the same experience, in fact, he had a unique work/desk situation that he had to work with and Sherri was able to think outside the box and design a prescription that would would for his situation.Thanks again!

I've been going here for glasses since I was a kid but won't be coming back due to the poor service I received this last time. Dr. Evans was great but the guy who helped adjust my glasses was cold and made me feel like I was a bother. After multiple adjustments that still did not feel right, he kept saying I may need to just get another set of frames even though they were almost exactly like my old ones. I ended up going elsewhere to get them adjusted because they were still noticeably lopsided and falling off my face.

I went to pick up my new maui jim sunglasses and the hinge on one side of the glasses flopped around and was not stable. The gentleman helping me was kind enough to notice it wasn’t correct. He showed it to a more experienced worker and she thought it was ok and I should accept the defective glasses. Then I was told that I would have to wait weeks to get my substandard glasses back. I told them I would not accept the glasses in the condition they were in. I have lost faith and confidence in this organization as I was to be hurriedly sent home with glasses that would be problematic. Very discouraging experience

I was visiting from out of town and noticed that one of the nose pads was missing from my sunglasses. I stopped here to see about a replacement and the people could not have been nicer. A replacement pad was located and the person helping me then offered to adjust the fit on my sunglasses as they were a not sitting on my face correctly and when I asked how much, was told it was all no charge. While here, I had a chance to look around and I noticed what a great selection of frames they had on display and that other customers were receiving the same great service that I experienced. It is a light, airy and beautiful space as well. If I lived in Spokane I would definitely frequent this business for all of my eyeglass frames and prescription needs.

10 weeks and no glasses. Just excuses. Now I know why they want half in advance. 11 weeks glasses where wrong prescrip. Canceled it. How much refund of my $320 do you think I'll see? After all this just $50 back. I told them to keep it, obviously those thieves need it more than I do. And to the person who asked what I said. This was it.

Very nice set of staff, including the doctors. However, it was not the best fit for me. My suggestions: 1. Stick with the OD's you already know and 2. Review any paperwork they complete on behalf of you before submitting it to any agency, especially the Department of DOL. They are not familiar with rare eye conditions and the "acuity" that goes along with them.

The eye care team is fabulous!!! I'm almost 50 and needed an eye exam and glasses for the first time ever!!! Everyone at the eye care team was professional and kind. Dr Evans and the team were awesome! It was a pretty fast exam and was able to get my lenses and frames right after the eye appointment. I just picked up my glasses and I'm so excited that I can read and do computer work without having to hunt for my dollar store cheaters!!! If you need an eye exam and or new frames, look no further than the eye care team in downtown Spokane (right across from the Grand and kitty corner to Aunties). I'm so happy!

I was whining before I got there because I absolutely hate going to the eye doctor. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish without a lot of waiting. Whitney was great doing the checks, Dr. Carson was warm and professional and Michelle is outstanding in helping my wife and eye get glassed.

My wife and I had our eyes examined at the Eye Care Team and ordered glasses here today. These people are fantastic. They were very kind and professional. We will continue to have all our eye care needs at this place.
