This place is useless as a shipping company. My order had 3 boxes and they only delivered one. I asked someone about it through their website chat and they said sorry and that I would get the other two the next day. Next day rolls around and now they are saying it won’t happen till next week. Totally useless.

Estes ranks as one of if not the most unprofessional business I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. Costco utilized them to deliver a spa that had issues. They or a third party they utilized delivered the spa to my house. They are now lieing to Costco and saying it was delivered to a different location and will not pick the spa up from my driveway. It’s one thing that they are not capable to provide a standard service, but they have actually lied to their client. I order large volumes from Costco and I’m going through the process of having another vendor pick up the spa and Costco has been informed they have an incapable and unethical vendor. I would avoid this company at all cost.

Ordered a mini split unit from Home Depot shipped out of Miami Florida the 22nd of July supposedly Estes is the carrier still not at Sandpoint Idaho we could have walked to Florida to pick that up terrible service terrible

We've consistently experienced high levels of service from Estes in Spokane. All of the drivers have been friendly and knowledgeable. Their office staff has been wonderful to work with as well. Thank you.

Either seaside or Estes deserves a 0/5. Very unprofessional and hard to get a hold of. They do not provide their clients accurate or up to date information. If you see them as a carrier assume you’ll be waiting extra days for a pickup or delivery. They probably blame someone else like fast freight or who knows. Based on the other reviews seems very common. I Had employees waiting all day for a pickup only to find out they didn’t tell dispatch they’d be coming on the next day. Cost me 2k in labor and had to send an employee to hospital with heat stoke. They couldn't even inform me (shipper) or Seaside the carrier I placed the pick up through that their truck wasn’t coming until 6pm pst. Just bad people and a bad company. Webb Estes should put him self out on the ice. Clearly not competent enough to run a basic freight carrier. Maybe was better when Rob the father ran it.

Ordered a snowplow that got stuck either in their Spokane terminal or with their sub contractor they use for final delivery. Estes and the sub contractor, Fastway, pointed fingers at each other for who was responsible for somehow losing a snowplow for two weeks.Either way, both companies were at the minimum unhelpful, and fairly rude on the phone. Despite trying to be cordial (I get it, things happen), its frustrating to watch incompetence while listening to bad manners. As if its my fault for daring to inquire where my shipment was. The whole mess took half a dozen phone calls to clean up.

Not happy at all with them. They were supposed to contact me to set up a time to make sure I would be there to sign for delivery of my $3,500 package. This was a VERY IMPORTANT detail as we weren't living at the house during that time because of renovations. They never provided me with any updates or even updated the tracking. So what happened? They dropped it of at the house without notifying anyone and even wrote no signature required. It was just by chance that I went by the house that day and saw that it had been dropped off without notice. The product was even damaged when I went through it. Not happy with them at all!!! I'd give them zero stars if I could.

This goes to the Spokane division and the main reason why they still have a score of 1 is due to the person that emailed me (Joseph I believe) responded quickly, and magically after his email the package was delivered within 4 days.I ordered 7/4/2022 and it was shipped fairly quickly to Spokane, WA. It arrived by 7/8/2022. I finally emailed EFW on 7/21/2022. 13 days later. After that it took 4 days and arrived at our house 7/25/2022. It doesn't stop there, after watching the instructional video about delivery and how they do not deliver up stairs, they (yes 2 guys, and I'm one woman) managed to put the damaged 125lb box on our tiny porch and in turn blocked my screen door from opening to get said box. I was able to scoot it and get it in. Not cool guys. Not cool at all.

ZERO STARS!This company is shady and unprofessional. DO NOT USE!!! They lost our material and only approved a claim after much hoop jumping and then advised that a credit would only be issued once the BOL for the missing material was paid in full. We had to pay for the service that was not delivered. When it came time to pay the credit they mysteriously found the material no where near us or the vendor in a hub, we had already purchased replacement material from the vendor and Estes advised that they would no longer honor the credit because we can send the damaged material they found back to the vendor for a credit, on our dime. Total disregard for our small businesses cash flow and all around rude and shady service. As the controller of our small business I would rather pay a higher rate for higher service and some professionalism. This company is not a friend to small businesses and should be treated with caution for any of your business needs that you utilize them for. Fool me once...you've been warned! Our business will no longer utilize Estes' shady service!

I had a delivery from a different carrier. Estes was able to fit the n a cross dock so it could be safely unloaded and loaded on my trailer. Even with all of their typical morning loading and unloading, they were able to do the cross dock right about the time they suggested. Rate was reasonable. They even were willing to reposition the load on the flat bed for the truck driver. Overall a good experience. I would definitely use them in the future.

Team was fast, friendly and punctual. They called half an hour before my scheduled departure time to check-in and arrived promptly on time. They packed home so fast but still made sure to wrap it all in. First time I didn't get anything while in motion! The company was easy to schedule with - very comprehensive and professional service.
