I have a propane voucher that I was filling my propane tanks at this location I trusted them to be honest but in all reality I do believe that they overcharged me on the regular I went through $500 worth of propane in a month I don't think so so there's something fishy going on and these people are dishonest and stole money from someone that lives on social security I think they're faulty and they need investigated

they were supposed to fix my car and they did but they forgot to torque my tire and it flew off on the free way and they made me pay for it, and also told me the wrong price on the phone.edit: called and best they could offer was a free oil change ?not coming back and not recommending

So I have a really old car, 2004 Kia Optima. I've come to these guys a TON trying to get it running- way more than it's worth but it's my first car and everything is so expensive nowadays. Anyway, I've become a regular here because of that and every time I have an issue they fix it and work with me and my budget. Especially Tyler, a mechanic here. There was a mishap recently with my driver's side window which I had tried to repair in may and I was really upset. I wrote them about this issue and when I came in to get that along with some other things repaired Tyler went out of his way to make sure we felt involved, that we understood everything that was going on while we waited, and after I paid as I pulled out of the lot my car started making a loud screaming grinding noise which ended up being some loose bolts unrelated to my repair but Tyler still came running out to fix the issue without a second thought. That's what I call great customer service, I seriously recommend this place for that and other experiences I've had like it. These guys are genuine good people and great mechanics.

I've taken our cars here for 30 years now. Amazing service. Patient staff who will listen to " it sounds like 'clunk clunk squeal', you can fix that, right?" and will give an honest evaluation of the car, what needs fixing, what can wait. Different cost options. They bend over backwards to help and I always feel the prices are super fair. We have had a few interactions with other car repair places and will never go somewhere else if I have a choice. Trust is everything. Quality work. Quality staff. Whoever does the hiring and training here is doing a great job.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the great guys at this shop??I have never met them personally but they have helped me and my daughter with some major and minor repairs over the last 2 years.Thanks to using their tow service they let us know they also do repairs at a couple locations.I have to say I was leery at first only knowing them for towing services but was in a desperate situation.They have never price gouged or told us we needed unnecessary repairs or charged ridiculous prices for minor things and they have been so good to my young daughter and getting us in on a tight schedule?I really just wanted you guys to know your appreciated!! My headlight works great now thanks for your help with that the other day?

WOW! I have to extend my gratitude to Tyler at this shop; he went out of his way to fit me in for an alternator replacement in my Ford Expedition with just a few hours notice! I called around several other shops and they were all 7 days or longer out. I am from the west side of the mountains and was visiting Spokane just on the weekend, so needless to say when my truck died in the middle of the road I was desperate for immediate help. Tyler was very understanding, extremely polite, and was genuinely committed to helping me out of my jam. He did excellent work and got my truck back running with the new alternator in time for me to make it back home on the weekend all at an extremely affordable cost! This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto repair shop and I have been driving for 35 years! Great job Tyler and Divines!

Love this store. I take all my vehicles here to get looked to get looked at. Everyone is friendly and always happy to help. They changed my wiper blades for me when I went in for an oil change! said they ordered them cause mine were bad, mine were horrible!

The store looks so much better now that the two ladies have taken over. The store manager and her assistant is the sweetest people I have ever met. They help me out when I'm having issues With my card at the pumps and don't get frustrated. I never liked coming in here when the blonde older manager was here she was so mean and always seem like she hated her customers. she was very rude and didn't care to help people. She would just sit on a chair and make us wait for so long. Sometimes the store wouldn't even be open till 7 in the morning I would have to go to a different store and this is the store I go to shop. the Friday night lady is also very rude she tells me that she can't help me. I really only come in when the two ladies are here. Those are some of the best managers I have met!! Thanks for al being so amazing and helping me out!! Never got their names!! I will always be back because of those two!!!

Shout out to Tyler for great customer service! Not only was he super helpful and put air in my tires but I overheard him helping an older gentleman who was beyond grateful for whatever it is he did! I will definitely be back!
