I would give Dearly 10 stars if I could. From scheduling the appointment to leaving with my dream dress, the process was so seamless and fun! My stylist, Karli, was incredible. She made me feel comfortable with being decisive and was so encouraging. She's a mastermind. The very first dress she picked out for me was the dress for me! We even had the pleasure of working with the owner, Cassie. Every single detail of my visit was so perfect. The store, the staff, the dresses, the ambiance - I really felt like a bride for the first time in this wedding planning process.

Good selection of dresses (albeit spendy) and they people are nice enough, but only gave two stars because when I bought the dress they assured me the alterations I wanted to the dress would be no problem at all and when I went to get it altered they said it wasn’t even possible. I was then left with the option of buying a second dress since you aren’t able to return them or get the dress re-done, which costed as much as a second dress.

I would highly recommend Dearly to any bride! They provided an amazingly stress-free, welcoming, and positive shopping experience. My stylist Bella was so helpful and knowledge. She listened to my feedback while guiding me into the perfect dress!

My experience at Dearly Consignment was everything I hoped it would be. I had my favorite people with me, I had a great stylist, and I really did feel like I found the perfect dress. Bella helped me figure out the look I was going for without any pressure to buy or figure it out (which is very nice for someone who does not like to make decisions lol). I felt very special. I recommend dearly to any bride looking for the best dress choosing experience.

Edit 09/2023: While I was happy with Dearly, my experience with their in-house tailor to do my alterations was a severe disappointment. Patty was very nice throughout the alterations process, but the dress never seemed to fit me in the chest. After the 2nd appointment, I was concerned, but Patty reassured it would be fitted for the 3rd appointment. It was not, and I came back for a 4th appointment a week before my wedding. There was no time to get it fixed further. There was a huge, visible gap between my chest and the dress and I was visibly uncomfortable in my wedding dress. I had also asked Patty to sew in removable straps that came with little button clasps; she sewed them in without the clasps, just with lose thread, so right before I walked down the aisle I moved my arm too much and the strap ripped off the dress. The dress looked so much better on me in the initial appointment than after alterations. It was just really sad to pay nearly $2000 for a dress that did not fit me, and it made me look so uncomfortable in all my wedding photos.Previous review:Great experience! I went in fully intending to not get my dress and walked out with an absolutely gorgeous one. Ahead of my appointment, the stylists at Dearly collected some information including my style preferences and my stylist had already pulled out a few options ahead of my appointment. She was very understanding of my preferences and helped me identify what things I liked or didn't like about dresses to help me make decisions. She even helped me get ideas of alterations to make to the dress, and made sure we only looked at dresses in my budget.There was absolutely no pressure to buy my dress, I just happened to find a really amazing one. It was so nice to have the whole space to myself and my stylist for the appointment, it felt very luxurious for such a small styling fee. It also is great to be supporting a women-owned, local store and to be buying a pre-worn dress (I'm a supporter of wedding dresses having many lives). I highly recommend, it was a great experience!

Karli helped me find my dream dress in the Dearly Consignment section. Such a sweet gal, super helpful, knowledgeable, and quick! Adorable atmosphere, and warm welcome. Loved how she worked through the dynamics of our group to create the best atmosphere for me as a the bride, in the midst of making multiple decisions at once. SO excited for my big day now, and getting to wear a dress that I feel beautiful in!

Dearly Bridal was absolutely awesome! Karli was my stylist and she made my experience so wonderful and easy! She was so knowledgeable and matched my style down to a t and gave me great ideas on how to make the dress mine! Definitely 10/10 recommend Dearly Bridal!!!

The cutest little bridal shop ever! I searched through a few places online until I came across this store on Instagram and instantly fell in love. I knew this was the place for me to buy my perfect wedding gown. Made the drive from Moscow to Spokane and found my perfect dress in the first appointment. They have a wide variety of styles and sizes so there are lots of options to choose from. I ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on, which was actually selected for me by my stylist based off of what I was looking for and the vibe of my wedding. I tried the whole appointment to see if I liked anything else more but nothing beat the first dress. Check out was very simple and I walked out of the shop the same day with my beautiful wedding gown.

I had such an amazing time at Honest and Ivory! I had gotten a dress from a different store, but hoping to find the perfect fit as i’m the maid of honor for my friends wedding. They offered us drinks, and when I described what I was looking for our girl read my mind! Our meeting was for an hour and I was all set in 15 min in! Overall an amazing experience! I highly recommend!

I went in extremely nervous to try on wedding dresses and was put to ease immediately. Everyone there creates such a warm and welcoming environment. The shop is set up beautifully. They are able to accommodate many brides at once all while making you feel like you’re the only one there. There were so many beautiful gowns. It was the first and only shop I went to!

Thank you so so much for making this day so special! Truly outstanding service and the shop was insanely cute! I had shopped at other stores previously and felt it was such a stressful experience as I can be pretty indecisive at times. My whole group was able to fit so easily and I am so grateful for my amazing stylist helping me find the dress of my dreams in budget and with my short timeline for my elopement! Everyone was so knowledgeable and they have a great selection of dresses. We’ve been engaged two years since Covid and have finally chosen to elope. I am absolutely giddy in love with my dress and can’t wait to see my fiancés face as I walk down the aisle on our wedding day. I recommend every bride to come here! Happy to support our local woman-owned businesses!

I was initially scheduled to have my appointment at Dearly, but after arriving they moved my appointment to downstairs at Honest In Ivory, which was AMAZING! The store is absolutely stunning and everything that a new bride wants in a dress shopping experience. As soon as walking in the door me and my party were greeted by multiple gals and everyone was so kind. Coral was my stylist and was very open, transparent, and honest about the entire process. For someone who was nervous about dress shopping (something I have NEVER done or thought much about), Coral made the process easy and asked the difficult questions to make sure that I was getting a dress that was perfect for me! My favorite part about the whole experience was the way that Coral, and all of the other ladies at Honest in Ivory, talked to me and my party that attended the appointment with me; every single person who works at Honest in Ivory has a respect for the business side of the dress buying process, but also so much grace with the human side of the business. There was never a moment I did not feel valued, as well as beautiful in their shop! If you are hesitant about dress shopping, or anything else, Honest in Ivory will make you feel at home!

I went to Dearly Consignment with my mom and mother in law and found the most gorgeous dress I could’ve asked for! We were treated with mimosas and macarons, the shop itself was so beautiful and spacious and perfect for photos. Coral was my stylist for the appointment and she had done research on the dresses I like before the appointment via a Pinterest board I linked to her. The very first dress that she picked out for me ended up being MY dress. I kept trying on more just to be sure, but it was unanimous from the beginning that the dress was meant for me. I also could t ask for a better price. I was nervous about it being consignment gowns but every single dress was in perfect, new condition and the discounts were actually significant. I got to shop through lots of well known designers I had looked at previously, and there was such a range of every style to choose from. I would highly recommend Honest In Ivory/Dearly Consignment for shopping if you are in the WA area. They even gave us a little bottle of Prosecco and rosé gummy bears as gift as we left!

I worked with Coral to find my wedding dress & it was such a wonderful experience. I was a bit nervous going into it but she listened to my needs & immediately started getting my vision. The dresses were priced fairly & I never felt like I was being pushed to go outside of my budget.I also love that when you shop Dearly you can also go check out new dresses in their sister store downstairs Honest in Ivory. It allows for you to have a wide selection and variety. Would definitely recommend!
