I had an appointment to get an estimate for my move. Everything appeared well documented and the plan for moving day - solid. The moving team of (3) met me, early, and tracked to plan so it appeared we might finish up early. Unfortunately, there was a snag and the truck that was loaded for delivery to final destination would not navigate the road condition (concern about getting high centered and potentially getting stuck). A revised plan was made. Move crew drove back to home base to get another truck and another couple of team members were freed up to help offload the original truck onto another truck that would navigate the roadway. Major kudos to the movers and management for finding a way to support us. Sadly, this situation could have been avoided had the estimator took the time to understand the roadway for delivery (done a drive-by) or sent the team with a vehicle that could navigate the final destination driveway. Cost was nearly 1/3 more than original estimate and required those on the job to work a very long day.Would say that the team is exceptionally professional. They stepped up in challenging circumstances to complete the job requested.Thank you, Dan the Moving Man team ?Might be helpful for estimator to more fully understand what the movers do when it comes to trucks and clearance for the difference size trucks. Seems if two smaller trucks were offered up that would navigate the final driveway, the move would have been completed on time and with the original team.

I have used the services of Dan the Piano Man and most recently, Dan the Moving Man. Their service from management to movers has always been excellent. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them if moving to or from Spokane, especially if you also have a piano to move. In addition, their prices are very competitive.

Jose and Chris arrived yesterday afternoon to move our concert grand piano right on schedule. They were extremely professional, wrapped our piano with great care and even moved the piano faster than expected. We will be using them for future moving needs.

The crew did a fabulous job with my move and there were 3 items that we did not know if they would fit and they made them fit. It was a very challenging move up 15 stairs and a sharp corner to the left, but they did it! I would highly recommend Dan the Moving Man!

Leonard did a wonderful job tuning our two pianos. He was prompt, pleasant, efficient, and did not rest until he'd resolve all our issues. The mini concert after the tuning was my favorite. We'll definitely use Dan the Moving Man for tuning again next year.

Called in to ask about removing items from dressers and was told that was their policy. I asked to talk to salesman to see if we might have any options. Was told the salesman MIGHT call me back and he has not called.Is that really the way to provide service?Disappointed!

We had two pianos moved. Walt and his crew were amazing! They were careful, professional, efficient, positive , and went above and beyond!! They offered to wrap one of the pianos to protect it while being stored and they kindly agreed to move a 6 foot potted plant that would not fit in my car!

Very friendly, professional, quick and reasonable. Had them move an adjustable bed from a neighbors to my place. Got it disconnected/set back up in an hour. Only company I contacted that would do a small job. Everyone else had at least3 hour minimum charge.
