I rented a truck from here in 2021 and was so greatful for the old time customer service I told them I'd have my oil and other services they provide done here. I've kept my word and they have never failed to live up to what they provide in quality, friendliness and service. ON THE SPOT SERVICE!!! I highly recommend you come here to rent your trucks, change your oil, breaks, tires, batteries and all other minor repairs/ services.

Absolutely fantastic people! I visit a friend in Spokane in the Summertime and last year she recommended this place for an oil change. I have a slide-in camper on my truck and they were easily able to accommodate the height. They remembered me this year when I came back again for another oil change just the sweetest, kindest people who do great work at a fair price.

I went to this place just to change oil and they sold me extra services. Their mechanics were in rush & forgot to screw back wheels !!! NEVER go here!!!

06/05 my husband went for an oil change.
They sold him a few extras, disc adjustment etc, charged over $400.
In a few weeks something weird started to happen, the vehicle was barely drivable.
We went to nearby mechanic & he said that someone forgot to screw back wheels!
I was shocked as we were going places with 3 kids!!!
I called them and asked to reimburse what I've paid to another mechanic and they declined to cover.
I'd never recommend this place! Don't trust reviewers from someone with 1-2 reviews!

This is the only place I have gotten oil changes at since moving to Spokane in 2021. Super awesome guys, super quick, and I love that you get a free vacuuming! Support this local business over valvoline, they’re just as fast! Disclaimer, I always call to make an appointment and have never just driven up.

Curt's is always competitively priced and they give me no hassle. They never try to upsell me with spendy treatments that I question if I even need, and they're generally available if I just walk in for a lunch-break oil change. I'm usually in and out of there within 30 minutes or less, and I feel good supporting a family business.You don't wait in your car here, as they hoist it into the air. They have a little waiting area with a couple chairs and a coffee pot. It does get a bit warm in the summer and cold in the winter, but they do try to control the climate as much as possible for their little old shop building. The Mrs. who handles the front desk is always friendly and conversational, and I always laugh when I walk in and see the Hillary Clinton nutcracker doll they keep in the lobby.

Here is the review I posted the night before I picked up my Penske Truck for my move August 31. Read on for an important update to this original review……I’ve been counting on Curt’s Penske Truck Rental Business for pickup of Moving trucks for 10 years. They are really good about taking care of me…….Here is what happened the morning I picked it up. I show up and Curtis, I guess he’s a Junior and his Dad is Curt, starts doing the paperwork and he says, “I’ll give you a 5 % discount.” I said “I’m a vet and Curtis says I’ll give you 10% then.” I said, “Well the Penske website says it’s 15%.” I got my 15% discount but not without having to protect myself from a £u€#ing thief.Then his DADDY steps in and threatens to cancel the reservation on my moving day because, to quote DADDY, “my little boy is not a thief.”I will not be going back to Curt’s City Oil & Lube, I don’t trade with people I believe to be THIEFS! And if Penske wants any more business from me at any location they’ll deal with this unscrupulous business BOY & HIS DADDY! What was a Five Star now has become a one star review.

Was about as straight forward of an experience you could get, and that's a compliment.Oil change, topped fluids and checked tire pressure for just $50. Took not even 30 min, so I walked around the block.
