What can I say about this place? And that stinky man, Henry, I know others have met this gentleman and he is a complete waste of space. He goes out of his way to hate people went out of his way to not help us. I drove across town to the one in Hilliard. And he was amazing. Help me do the things that Henry said he couldn't and wouldn't do I walked out of one location walked in to another and spent $200... his breath is so bad like a wet sock threw up a baby diaper. . How is he a manager?

Cricket is trash and they do business with shady companies for insurance on your phone. Never get the inssurance on these things YOU will still always be responsible to pay.

If you are sensitive to strong fake flowery smells stay far from that location. They have those glad plug In's or scented candle wax.

It had a weird smell and the guy talking to us didn't seem interested since we weren't looking to buy new phones. We had questions about the phones we had just bought from them. Also seemed distracted once he knew we had bought phones already.
