Not a complaint but just a heads up for management at this store, we went in yesterday to ask a few questions about either getting a new line or adding another line to my account (I've been with Cricket for roughly 7 years now), the lady who was very polite, but seemed to have very little knowledge about their products and services other than what seemed to be just the basics. When we asked about who else to talk to, she said that either to come in when her manager was in, or visit another Cricket retailer (which seemed odd since she was sending business elsewhere). At the end of the day we went to a Boost Mobile retailer and got all of our questions answered and got a new phone line.

I have always had great experiences at this location, the new ownership has not let me down. Nathaniel aka Nate Swindle has gone above and beyond when I accidentally deleted all of my contacts while tryito give my old phone away to a coworker. He is amazing

Went in to make a payment, paid cash and was in store less then five mins. I then get text notification that auto pay was set up. I check my account and someone else's debit card had been added for my auto pay. I immediately removed it and cancelled auto pay. The following week I get a text saying that I still owe $50 or my service will be suspended. After an hour on the phone with customer service and getting no help or answers I leave work early and go in store. I was in store for almost 2 hours while cameras are reviewed. They tell me my billing date had been changed and that I was charged for changing my bill date and my month of service was prorated to that billing date change, even though I never asked to change my billing date. They made me pay an additional $50 to keep my service and resolved nothing even though they screwed my entire account up. Come to find out it happened while the store manager was the only one working. Also they claim the billing due date should not have been able to be changed in store even though there was no record of me calling in and requesting said change. Will only be going to the cricket on sprague by Walmart from now on.

The "Manager" in this store sold me defective service and a phone. I got NO bars where I lived at. I returned and told him this and said id like a refund. He then told me that its the phone that's defective. So after a long and drawn out disagreement, aggressively charged me to kick me out of the store, cops called, and I called my attorney(Thankfully, I get one for this kinda thing through my benefits). So he offers a refund of $29 on a $149 phone because he says the phone is defective and he's not going to buy a phone that he sold me back. I denied the refund and am going to let my attorney deal w/ this. I then went to Verizon and explained to them what happened. They checked the phone out, said its fine and the guy a fraud. Its not the money, its the principal of the situation. And consumer rights and this IS NOT how you run a successful business. The receipt says we have 7 days to get a full refund. I had the phone for 18 hours. And he denied the refund then tried to low ball me with $29 bucks. Stay away from this store if you want working phones and service.
