Incredibly unprofessional! Been dealing with them for many years and today’s incident was shocking. Called because of a recall phones go straight to silent when it rings so I hung up and kept trying finally get Andrew who answers and replied with frustration “your third caller in line please hold 45 minutes” never got chance to explain your phones are not ringing. After holding Trevor answers and I explained we have a recalled cpap and only learned about it from YouTube why haven’t you guys let us know “I don’t know I would have to ask my boss” really that’s your response? Then replied to go on Phillips website ok fine but you should be alerting your customers this is something that has potential to cause cancer and fda has already said that. Plus my husband is a federal mandated commercial driver. Really disappointed in their unprofessionalism!

This company used to be top notch. I'm not sure what's happened but they have stopped responding to equipment quotes and emails. It literal takes days to hear back from them on an email. I was due a refund because they didn't pay attention to my notes on an order which were placed there on the owners recommendation so that I would get the "discount"price. Out took my 4 emails to get an answer and I had to threaten a credit card dispute to get an answer. Won't be getting my money any longer....

Could be better… this location looks run down.Lightning is horrible and the heat Doesn’t work. Simple fixes I’m sure ~Trevor is an amazing rep tho and was very helpful

I have purchased supplies and machines from CPAP-Supply for over 10 years. Never had a problem. Drew was always professional and took great care of me. I won't use anyone else.

This has been resolved, althought they did take a long time to get back to me. Ordered supplies 3 weeks ago. Got order confirmation. They pulled the money. Will not reply to my email. Tried calling today Got voice mail. As others have mentioned I'm thinking this may not be a real company.

I cannot buy supplies / masks in Idaho without Doc note. These guys helped me quickly get the proper filters I needed, no problems and fair prices.

Ordered online too. I thought the payment could not be done because of an error in the payment system, but I was surprised to see that 2 payments were approved later.I also wanted to receive an answer to this question by email and site inquiry, but there is no answer. I don't want to believe it, but I think I've been scammed too.

Ordered online on July 17, Aug 09 now and still the order has not even shipped. No one replies to any inquiries, order cannot be cancelled but it is charged already. I do not want to believe it but seems a scam.

This company is the best simply because of the caring support they provide. They have competitive pricing too but it's the service and caring beyond selling items that has had me doing business with them for all my supplies and my machine. They go above and beyond in offering support. I recently bought a mew cpap machine based on their recommendation and am beyond happy. Plus over the last 6 years all my mask and supply items always come from them. I appreciate such an amazing team.

Andrew is friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining CPAP types and models and allessential supplies. Based on his expertise, I was able to quickly select all the items I need! I live close-by and was able to pickup via curbside delivery.
