Great stay at the Courtyard in Spokane. The location was perfect for an event at the Convention Center, which was a quick 5-10 min walk along the waterfront. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The little cafe had good quality food for both breakfast and dinner/drinks. The only downside is they didn’t have a two queen room so our teenagers were on the pullout sofa. It was not very comfortable, but very few are so that was about as we expected.

Right on the river which is nice. Walk to good restaurants and cafes. Building is a bit shabby compared to other Courtyards I've stayed at.

Exceptional Service Trumps Dated Décor: A 5-Star Review for Courtyard SpokaneI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard in Spokane, and while there were some areas for improvement, the outstanding service provided by the staff warrants a glowing review.First and foremost, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From accommodating special requests to offering helpful recommendations about the local area, their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out.The amenities offered at the Courtyard were impressive, with a well-equipped gym, inviting pool, and a cozy bar and bistro area. These facilities added value to my stay and provided ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation. However, I must admit that the room itself left something to be desired. The décor, carpeting, and bedding appeared outdated and could benefit from a fresh upgrade. Additionally, the bed was quite firm and uncomfortable, detracting slightly from the overall comfort of the stay.On a positive note, the food served at the hotel's bistro was both delicious and reasonably priced. It was a pleasant surprise to find such tasty options available onsite.Despite the minor shortcomings in room quality, the exceptional customer service I received from the staff more than made up for it. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any needs or concerns truly enhanced my experience at the Courtyard. In conclusion, while there may be room for improvement in certain aspects of the hotel, the stellar service provided by the staff deserves recognition. For their dedication to ensuring a memorable stay, I am pleased to award the Courtyard in Spokane with a well-deserved 5-star rating.Warm regards,Scot A ReiherRooms: The rooms were dated. They were clean to be sure but the materials are outdated and worn

I have stayed here several times for business travel and each visit I have always had a pleasant stay. Being right on the river with river views, and for the price, you cannot beat it. Easy location to highway for the airport and close enough to downtown for anything. The property may be older than others, but it is well maintained and kept.

Only stayed one night, but I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful every member of staff was. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. They all made me feel at home.

No soaps or conditioner, makes me wonder how well they cleaned the room. Called the front desk to ask them to fill them up. 4hrs and two phone calls later still nothing and said they have no control over house keeping. There are no bathrooms near the pool area, have to go back to their rooms or the front lobby soaking wet to use the bathroom... Breakfast at the bistro was terrible and expensive. Will not be staying here again. Much nicer hotels for the same price. There is nothing "Marriott" about this hotel.Rooms: No room service. Poor house keeping.Food & drinks: Expensive, cooked in a microwave. 2/3 items tasted terrible.

My sister stayed here while she was trying to get home. Someone played a prank on her; but the staff sent her out into the cold, naked, and with nothing but a blanket, despite her paying for an extra night. She got frostbite because of them. The only positive is they kept her ID for family to pick up.

Nice clean hotel close to everything in downtown Spokane. Bistro has drinks and some food items until 10pm, which made it nice for coming in late. Free parking, which is always a plus. We would stay here

The only thing I didn't care to much about is that there wasn't enough towels but other than that the stay was wonderful.Rooms: Are very nice looking just a lot of things missing from our room we tried to take showers this morning and there was not enough towels.Nearby activities: Bars, clubs & restaurants close.Safety: Well safe.Walkability: Yes, I've walked around the property and it's by the main road so just be careful if you have kiddos.Food & drinks: They have their own restaurant in it I think but not 100% sure I know they have a snack area and coffee area.Noteworthy details: The staff is very caring, friendly and extremely helpful I would advise anyone and everyone I know to stay there.

No breakfast or coffee in the morning. TV and internet didn’t work the day of our stay. Hot tub and pool is small.

We were traveling with a U-Haul truck and towing a trailer. They were very accommodating in cordoning off a spot to park.
