Terrible pharmacy! The line is always so long. I couldn’t wait that long so I came back the next day and they were just closing for lunch! Said it would be 30 minutes and I waited over 45 minutes! I thought Rite Aid was bad but this place is terrible.

Very helpful in getting my prescriptions transferred as well as helping me figure out some issues with my vendor vouchers.

This is NOT a review of Costco overall, it is a product(s) review. I buy a LOT of food at this Costco for my family and was extremely happy that they moved to this larger, more accessible location with lots more parking (for now). The surrounding area is now rapidly being developed and the added traffic (a LOT of it) will make shopping here not as enjoyable. My biggest rub is the same as thousands of others have complained: Costco, undoubtedly for financial reasons more than customer satisfaction, often gets new products for trial, and likely carries them at much lower cost for the suppliers to get the introduction and exposure. Occasionally, a supplier may be too successful and isn't able to meet the new demand they created or increase their prices. At that time, Costco may find a replacement item, although it seldom meets the old item's quality, value, taste, or profit margins. One minor example of this was a Morningstar Farms Spicy Black Bean "Burger" that we greatly enjoyed when they were available at Costco. But uh-oh, they disappeared and were replaced by brands that may be of equal quality in some vegetarian's mind but are no where as near as flavorful. I could cite a number of cases like this, but for now, my most recent "try it" was Bibigo "Korean Style Crunchy Chicken" in a 56-oz. box in the freezer section. I cannot find it (or some other food items) on the Costco website or would have written a review to them, so here I am on Yelp, which is fine. This "Korean Style" chicken is only Korean style in that there is SOME chicken, some crust, and some sweet (not "spicy") sauce in packets. These bits and pieces are sort of like chicken "nuggets," but you definitely do not get your money's worth here. Perhaps half the contents were random chicken bits 1-2 inches across, but AT LEAST half the contents were smaller chunks of the breading/coating/crust material, with NO detectable chicken, just fried batter. They're not actually fried but cooked in an oven at 450 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping (crumbs?) half way, or in an air fryer. They are not worth the effort or the cost, and they ain't Korean "fried" chicken. (The box doesn't say "fried" but that's what Korean-style means -- twice-fried, actually). Do not buy this product. In fact, it makes me question any Bibigo product from this point forward.

The tech Michael and the lady at the pickup window (I'm forgetting the name) that were there yesterday were incredibly kind and helpful with the issues I've been having with my doctor. I never want to change pharmacies again.

I have been using Costco Pharmacies all over the country. I recently moved back to Spokane to take care of my mother and brought my 15 year old German Shepherd dog with me. Not only did I have prescriptions filled for my mother, but have had multiple prescriptions transferred from the east coast for my geriatric canine. The staff have been kind, caring, and helpful through the whole process. Would recommend.

Horrible culture of irresponsibility and lack of accountability causes a problem every time this service is utilized.

This review is based on about ten visits. One of the worst managed Costco's I've ever shopped. The number of Costco's would be over thirty in a few states. Over a week ago, I shopped here after visiting the VA. I had four items and approached a cashier who was talking to her bagger. She was eating and complaining about life. There were no customers nearby which is why I approached. I stood there for at least a minute listening. I was not in a hurry and was chill. After a bit, seeing the bagger looking at me, she continued talking to the employee. I decided to back up my cart and go to another stall. The woman employee in her 50's grabbed my cart, halting my movement. The bagger began to shoot a scanner. I asked, "Can you let my cart go." She asked why, we are going to scan your items. I told her no, I'd like to go to another aisle. She let go slightly pushed it. Gave me a nasty look and said something rude. I ignored her, walked two aisle away. That clerk began scanning my items. The cashier from other aisle was mouthing something to me, laughing and mocking me. Another cashier nearby walked to her and joined her behavior. My transaction was quick and I took my cart to look for a manager. I had a employee in her 50's identify herself as a supervisor. I saw her name tag was a ten year employee but didn't identify herself as a supervisor. I told her what happened. I did nothing to provoke such humiliating behavior. The employees were still doing their actions. I went to the parking lot and called the assistant GM. He couldn't confirm if that was a supervisor I spoke to. I told the story. I said I think part of the reaction was possibly due to my veteran hat. I couldn't figure out why she and her employee friends mocked and made fun of me. It's sad to be at this age and get treated disrespectfully. I called Costco corporate but they told me they don't accept a complaint. As for the store.....I've seen employees be rude to other customers and the store is in disarray. Employees emulate supervisors and administration. In this store, I recommend a overhaul of the management and then slowly clean house of rude employees.

Compared to the valley location. This location has a better wrap on having welcoming employees and providing a better customer experience. There is always things to improve but the benefits of going to this Costco over the valley is exponential. Keep up the good work guys.

So I am from the land of Costco Corporate (Issaquah, Washington - it's where I grew up) and have literally been going to Costco since 1983 (first Costco was in Seattle, yo!) I've been to Costco's all over the country and even in other countries. I have multiple friends who work at Corporate and on the Costco magazine. I have always LOVED Costco. This is the Costco that is the closest to my ranch and my parent's estate, so this is the one we usually go to. The last couple of weeks, something has changed. The employee's have become very unfriendly and aggressive. The optical department refused to do measurements for me so I could ensure I was buying the right size glasses. Wouldn't check my ppd. (I'd just gotten both contact lens and eyeglasses prescriptions right there in their store.) Told me to "just go try things on." No, I want to be measured and then see what is available in my size, not just try on glasses randomly that other people have ALSO tried on (covid is STILL around, you know. And I've never had it and don't plan on having it.) They check cards now at the door (normal) AND again in the self check line (new), and literally stare/glare at you while you're ringing up your groceries and try to micromanage you. Even my super nonconfrontational elderly mother made a comment about how she felt like she was being treated like a criminal. (She is one of those people who won't leave negative feedback or speak up for herself, EVER, she'll just quietly leave and will no long patronize that establishment. For her to make a comment like that, you know she is very angry, even though she says it in the kindest most genteel way.) So sad, I hope this is not the way of the future for this once glorious location or the company itself. Next time I need to make a Costco run, I'll consider going downtown or to the Valley.

Can't grind your coffee beans here!! I was told by an employee to go to a grocery store and do it. How unfair.

I've been going to this Costco pharmacy almost since they opened and it's always been great. They're kind. The pharmacists are great. They help out when insurance is being difficult, when prescriptions run out, and they get creative when meds are hard to fill because of shortages. I haven't dealt with a single person there that wasn't kind and helpful in the years I've been going. There's been a couple times when things were charged wrong and quickly corrected. I fill a 10-15 prescriptions per month or so for my household. We transferred here from CVS in target on Newport and I'm so glad we did.

Rude and discriminatory. It’s disappointing that members of this Costco Pharmacy are consistently judgmental and curt with customers who don’t seem to meet these pharmacists’ subjective criteria for who is worthy of respect, decency, and professionalism.

This has got to be one of the best Costcos on the west coast... or at least in Washington. Friendly staff, usually not understaffed, pretty large location, decent parking lot that is laid out logically, and plenty of gas stations. I've regularly been to the Portland, Vancouver, Tacoma, Puyallup, Federal Way, South Hill Spokane, and South Center Seattle Costcos and this one is by far the best.

This is BY FAR the cleanest, neatest looking Costco I've ever been to. Everything is well taken care of, I prefer coming here than the one in the valley.
