The service that I received was more than excellent. I had no idea what had happened to my car, only that it was shaking. Come to find out, my back wheel had fallen off. Nick was fantastic with the stress of hooking up my car on the side of the freeway. Was an excellent driver to my destination and assisted with getting my car up on blocks since the tire came off.I am a nurse, and I pride myself on service to my patients. Horrible service the ignorant lady hung up after I called asking why my car has not been delivered to the shop HOURS after it was supposed to be delivered I had to leave my Key on the tire after being told the tow would be there in 10 minutes after waiting over an hour the first time , when I still didn't hear anything hours later I called the shop to find out my car was never delivered , when I called the tow she hung up on me the moment I gave her my car info , she at that time proceeded to place me on hold and disconnect every call attempt I made may this place fall under into a huge hole

Whoever is running this company has got to know that the absolute rudest woman is working the phones for them. I called my insurance for my son in law who blew a tire, gave them the coordinates and description. Then I get a call from some lady yelling at me for an address and saying if I don’t provide one she would cancel my tow. I told her I would contact my insurance again, I accidentally called her back (because she texted from a different number) and I thought it was maybe the actual tow driver I was wrong, she answered and yelled too late I cancelled your towing you are gonna have to call your insurance. Never have I ever had someone so blatantly rude. Customer service is terrible, STEER CLEAR!

Todd did a wonderful and quick job changing my tire to my spare for me. It’s usually something I would have done but at 40weeks pregnant I wasn’t able to. He was kind and helpful!

By far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Locked my keys in my car at ten this morning, it’s now five. Still haven’t showed up. They’ve hung up on me, placed me on hold. Office staff is a joke, and extremely rude! I will never ever deal with these people again! They keep coming up with excuses to delay the help.

While it was a very hot day, and no one really ever hopes to wait for help, much less a tow. I ended up waiting for a tow. And when the driver arrived, I could not ask for a better greeting and introduction than what Tod gave. Great attitude, ready to handle business. This review is specifically referring to my tow truck driver, Todd AKA Tow Jesus. He was awesome and deserves a raise. He was friendly, diligent and very careful with my car that needed a tow on account of a flat tire and no spare. He walked me through the process and really knew what he was doing. He made me feel like my car was in good hands and understands the importance of good customer service. If I could deal with him directly for my next tow, I would. Unfortunately, whoever schedules and dispatches for the company did an atrocious job. My experience was similar to other reviewers here. I was given a 90 minute eta. I ended up waiting over 5 hours, after being told 45 minutes over and over again, which totally derailed my day. I didn’t want my review to reflect poorly on my driver, hence, the five stars. If your insurance company hires Core Values, just insist on speaking directly with the driver and save yourself a huge headache.

(read other reviews - this is a consistent issue) Terrible, inconvenient experience and was lied to by their phone rep. Quoted 90-120 minutes wait via my insurance. Once Core Values was assigned to my situation, the wait jumped up to 772 minutes - ~12 hours. I called in and was told this was a glitch. At the 120-minute mark, I called again and told vehicle was delayed for traffic in my area, expect the truck within 30-40 minutes. I checked traffic maps - no heavy traffic within 30-40 minutes of my location and they promised to call me regarding any other delays. I called at the 40 minute mark and was put on hold every time I called once she heard my voice and would not speak with me. I had to call my insurance provider to have another company reassigned. Do not work with this company.

my son's car broke down. a 4.5 hour wait! hung up on us, didn't answer thier phone and picked up 3 cars that were abandoned all the while we sat in the road! never ever call them they suck so bad! what else do i got!!! your rollin now!!! as i type you you auto type crap! i hope your business goes down!!

If I could give this 0 stars it would still be generous. I was locked out of my car during work hours, and although was originally told I had a 45 minute wait I sat outside in 85+ degree heat without water for FOUR hours. They knew I was a home care nurse and had patients to see, when they could manage to pick up the phone they blatantly lied to me about times. You can't possibly tell me someone was held up at a locksmith job for 4 hours and they had no one else to see me and couldn't be bothered to call. But it was already paid for by insurance so I guess they figured I'd just wait. I could have cancelled them and found legitimate help if they had just been honest. One of my patients was subsequently hospitalized when I couldn't get to their appointment. I have never waited that long, and I can't think of a less accurate name for this terrible excuse for a company than "Core Values." I guess people's health doesn't matter as long as they get their paycheck. I'm absolutely disgusted, and I hardly ever write reviews but this was unconscionable.

Todd just dropped off my daughte in laws car and he was very professional and friendly. I can only say great thinks about the service he provided during this stressful time after the car was wrecked this morning by an incompetent driver who swiped the side of the car. we will use Todd again

First off, the driver was good, this is not his fault. However, worst customer service from the office that I have ever dealt with. Hanging up when I call, putting me straight to hold, etc. I could go on and on. Waited 6 hours for a tow that I scheduled for 9am so I could get back to work at a decent time. Always the same runaround answers. Insurance set it up. If your insurance tries to set you up with this rude, unprofessional company, DEMAND another. Core Values? They need to change their name. You'll be sorry if you use this company. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and anywhere else that I canService: Car towing

If you have to call someone don’t call these people unless you want to be rudely told the same thing when you are asking different questions. It was like the dispatcher was on auto pilot, she just kept saying 30min when I was asking who was on the way or where they were coming from so I could stay out of the parking lot and find somewhere safe to be. She was beyond rude and not helpful at all!! Very sad because I used them before and their techs in the field are great just nasty in the office. I work customer service so I get everyone has a bad day but like she didn’t offer any help and was so rude when I was being overly nice.Service: Car lockouts
