From the very beginning you could tell this place is reputable. They don't hound you in the lot. They tell you if you need anything, come get them. Love it. Aaron was a pleasure to work with. After reading so many good post I went and got a car from cool cars. They was very flexible with my schedule. The only thing is the car I wanted they sold but all things worked out and I got the car I needed they was and is awesome. Hoping to do more business with them in the future.

Hands down, the best dealership Spokane! They are very transparent and honest about the cars they are selling, and are sure to meet the needs of their customers. This is was the easiest exchange, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and my new car( pup wasn’t included). Several of my friends and family get their cars from here, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Get your cars from Cool Cars. Great, reliable, honest dealer. The only honest dealer I found during my car hunt. I've bought multiple cars from them and have been coming here for 3 years now! My car has been serviced numerous times and have always been satisfied!

Was told end of last year they’d find a replacement car for the car they told me was good but has been nothing but an absolute head ache. They keep lieing telling me title be done oh title be done to only get excuse after pathetic excuse. They have yet to do anything i was told to my face to then keep lieing.

We recently purchased a Volvo XC90 from Cool Cars and have to say our experience was great. We didn't overpay and they didn't overpromise. Joe and Aaron were both honest, straight forward and did exactly what they said they'd do, even supplying a part that was missing - and contacting us when it landed after the sale. Don't let the cheesy business name get in your way. This is a good place to buy a used car.
