Move was handled with ease. All my boxes, mostly breakables, arrived in good shape. I was impressed with the great communication and the care that was taken with my move.

These folks really pulled it off for me. We got a quick sale in our house and had they not been able to move us out. We would’ve had a big problem. They did wonderful job
Cara and Brittany were wonderful. The driver Christian and his crew did an excellent job
Only thing I might suggest is because they were able to provide the packing. We used an outside packing company and they were a little bit remiss in labeling and we’re having a hard hard time finding things put them away so my suggestion would be to use Allied Packers. I’m sure that they would do a better job. I’ve used Allied three times now and I think they’re the best company out there going and Coleman was superb and handling our kind of a crisis move.

Chris and Raphael, the actual movers, were excellent; they were very professional and hard workers. The estimate process via me pointing my phone around with FaceTime proved highly inaccurate. I was less than happy with the communication as well with scheduling. Overall I’d use them again though, moving is just never fun.

From the beginning to the very end, the entire process was easy, efficient and handled professionally. The entire staff, from the move consultant to the moving staff, was wonderful. The price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend Coleman Worldwide Moving.

From the estimate to the final box, this move was so smooth. Chris and Rafael were great! They securely wrapped all my furniture with blankets and were conscientious about loading and unloading. I received calls throughout the process to check on the progress, too. I would highly recommend!!

My experience was excellent from beginning to end. The estimator, move coordinator, movers, and the driver were all great. Everything went as promised and they called repeatedly to make sure I was happy with their service.

I have moved across country several times and I can say that this was the WORST ! The staff was impossible to reach (Donna Malve and Andrew Benton) once we paid up front and our household goods where in storage. On the day we finally took shipment, ALL of our boxes where crushed, wet with water damage, or both (see photos). Our box springs and mattresses had been smeared with motor oil from the warehouse floor. Our driver said he had never seen anything like it. Good thing we took the insurance - NOT. When I tried to file the claim, the company wanted to send some local "Sanford and Sons" company to come see what could be salvaged. NOT AN INSURANCE ADJUSTER. I looked this guy up on line and he doesnt even have a website. He only restores furniture. I called him giving him the benefit of the doubt and when I told him about the condition of the mattresses, he said "those can be cleaned in my shop". I asked where the hell where we supposed to sleep? No answer. Stay away from this company and the company that covers the claims (Sirva).

Everything went great. They guys were very respectful of my items they got to my new home quickly. Only problem was there were numerous boxes large boxes I did not get delivered to my home. There were some important valuables. Just not sure how someone else got my boxes!

I have been an 8 year customer at Coleman worldwide located at Geiger just south of Spokane Washington. During my 8 years of experience with this company there been two owners and the previous owner was absolutely great to work with and I can't say anything negative about the previous owner. If she still owned it I would absolutely give a five-star review, however just like anything in life things change and the new owner has been misleading and downright dishonest and cut a deal with me that seemed fair and good-hearted of her before I went up there in person to close out my payment that was agreed upon verbally over the phone by her and we had spoken multiple times due to the fact that I became extremely ill and no longer could continue running my small business. There was no CONTRACT 8 YEARS AGO. Long story short I recently showed up there at her office to pay a small amount so I could get MY PROPERTY out of the two 10' by 20' storage units. The owner came up and spoke to me in person and decided to change her mind and proceeded to tell me that I owed now $3,000 instead of $500, a couple hundred was paid towards it and I only owed a couple hundred more and even brought a couple hundred more bucks for her because I was a couple weeks late due to my medical conditions. After flat-out telling me she wouldn't even accept a couple hundred extra, she informed me that my property was going up for auction soon. Keeping in mind there's no contract and she started mumbling and backpedaling about her talking to Coleman worldwide corporate, she obviously likes to run a fixed game and being a business owner myself no matter what you always work for somebody and furthermore bad reviews take money out of her pocket and can severely hurt her business and the repercussions can go deeper than that including affecting her employees and the entire corporation. A relative of mine and my girlfriend both contacted their personal attorneys already and all I was sent was a huge bill and no contract and if there is one that shows up via email or by postal service it's a complete fraud on her own doings. I have not received anything as far as a phony contract from her end. I was hoping the new owner would come to her senses, unfortunately it looks like things might get ugly over her selfish choice's. When I was looking up Coleman worldwide's CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS phone number to file a complaint with HUMAN RESOURCES I noticed on the internet a few very unhappy customers on another internet platform with one-star reviews. There's other ways customers can cause repercussions, contacting the Better Business Bureau and a whole bunch of social media platforms and even protesting out front of her office holding signs just like the old days causing a ruckus and disruption of her business and of course those kind of protests usually start out peaceful. Things like this can really get out of control quickly. When I was a business owner if I did something wrong business-wise or unintentionally I was held accountable and I cared enough to hold myself accountable and make things right even if I lost a little bit of money. And then again the world is also full of arrogant/ignorant/$elfish humans that hopefully get to look forward to bad karma or lessons.
