“Taylor the manager @ the Northtown Store needs a raise!!!!! My son had a brand new pair of Pit Vipers break 2 weeks after purchasing at his baseball practice. From the first phone call, to the exchange of the new glasses, Taylor was very professional, understanding & very accommodating to the issue. He carried himself very well & kept a very professional attitude throughout the whole process. Even offered a small discount for the troubles. I will be a forever customer @ the Northtown Zummies thanks to, Taylor!! We need more people in the customer service world, like him!! ?????”
“It is so worth it to schedule a fitting here, my mom and I left overwhelmed with how great the experience was. My back pain is virtually gone after getting properly fitting bras. PLEASE go get fitted if you're thinking about it, the quality of life upgrade is so worth it!”

“Wandered in her in a Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by this nice shopping experience. The store has a vintage and cozy vibe. The store has cute clothes for babies/kids and woman's attire. There are cute tees, sweaters, pants, and coats and jackets. There were tons of cute candles and gifts. The jewelry was very unique and adorable. The prices were a little on the pricey end but I did find the perfect and unique gift for a friend. There is a lot to see so give yourself a little time to enjoy and wander.”

“Wow! 1. Awesomely rad store. 2. Quality of product 3. Quality of staff - "The Miranda's" 10/10. We went to the mall for 1 high-school dance dress, ended up @earthbound after a lot of fails, bought 2 dresses that my child LOVES, and accessories for $108 total. It was a steal, and I want everything. I was just mingling with the staff and they did their jobs like they were our besties. Best advice and helping us get the whole "look" together and knowledgable about everything... to inclue sizes and whats in stock. Thank you ladies!”

“It's Banana Republic which is owned by the Gap. So it is what it is considering it's a huge chain. The clothing itself is probably made as cheaply as possible and I've had a couple issues with stitching coming undone on shirts, but they always fix things and the staff is always super friendly about helping you try things on, even if you just want to browse.”
“The sales worker “Beverley” I believe was her name, killed it today and was just all around amazing definitely made my experience worth going. I Told her at the end of my transaction how happy I was that she helped me and that she was doing such a great job and had the best attitude!”
