Amazing place, my direct tv contract ran out and my bill went up so I went into choice and they hooked me up with a new service and no price change for 3 years and I love it. Also lowered my internet bill. Only paying a fraction of what I was paying.

Sent a tech out to set up Directv and told us we had a line of site. We did not have a line of site according to Directv professional tech. I called Choice to ask for a refund. They would not refund our set up fee. Co owner argued with me for a half hour. Not a great experience at all.

Don't even bother. Came here to look for net options temporarily or permanent solution since we move a lot but the guy was basically shoving gotwe into our throat. Any other questions he will say it's garbage. It has bad reviews and very expensive, not good at all. We tried it out for a day supposedly till 3pm but he even called when we can return it as soon as possible coz someone else want to try it out. Its $50 to rent but there's a cap. We ended up with verizon. Way cheaper and no cap.Thank you for replying but they did disclosed everything to us when we signed up. I even get free disney+, espn, apple or android music (even have cloud storage). I was able to ask questions and actually have conversations; most of all its cheaper. unlike at your store where we felt like rushed and our only choice was gotw3. Also that everything else i asked about was "garbage". We are travelers and always had a lot of options when it comes to internet but we always check what's best in the area. Gotw3 gets signal from verizon as well. We were trying it out but store experience alone was not good. Yes, you dont have control over reviews and that's why we tried it out. But we are getting same signal the free boosted wifi at the park? And if all reviews are bad, it says a lot.

I was losing Ptera due to them changing towers, so I called Choice. He told me that he was looking right at the map, positive my rural address was good for Century Link. Ordered it, received the modem, unit wouldn't connect, so I called Century Link, who promptly informed me that internet wasn't available at my address. Wasted my time and delayed me in getting my new provider.

We ended up not needing their services but they are still trying to charge us $50 just for driving out to our house. When my wife and I tried talking to Jeremy (said he was the owner), he was very rude and could not provide any information in writing about their cancelation policy, just said I'm the guy in charge and I'm sending you a bill. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. They don't care about customer service! Thank god we ended up not dealing with them further, I can't imagine the nightmare!****UPDATE*****Just got off the phone with DISH customer service and they have verified that no, Choice Marketing can't charge us for services not performed. And said they will contact the company directly.

Jeremy is so in tuned to all the different television and internet that he can direct you to the best deals. He just saved us $45 on a two year contract with DISH that a person addy DISH didn't offer!!

Stay away from these guys. Don't honor what they promise. Ordered RV set up found a coupon on line and would not honor. Came to set up the dish and had no tripod that we requested. Told us we would have to pay extra. Told them we would find it on our own. Installer was very polite and helpful. He just needs to find a new company.
