“They give a fair value when buying baby clothes in my opinion and since their prices are low, you can get a lot with the store credit. It would be nice to offer cash, but the store credit doesn’t bother me because they always have a nice selection. There is one worker there though, didn’t catch her name, she is not friendly at all.”
“Clean organized store, plenty of merchandise to choose from and friendly staff. Plus I love their classic clothing. The only place left that's got good quality clothing and timeless design!”
“Paige at the Buckle at the Northtown mall is fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable and so seen, literally if I had thousands of dollars I would’ve bought everything in the store because she was so helpful and attentive.”
“The only negative that I have is that I wandered around the department I wanted to buy something in and I could not find a salesperson. I had to call the store on my phone to get someone to help me. The salesperson was friendly and engaging. We went through just about everything in the department to find what I wanted and she was familiar with all the merchandise. She spent time with me and found me exactly what I wanted. It was a pleasure to shop here as compared to the big box stores. I found what I wanted and bought a high quality item that I really like.”
“I have visited this store several times in the last few months. It was terrible, a literal ghost town with sub par service and less than helpful staff. On April 12, 2024 I was pleasantly surprised by the store this time. The clerk that was checking at about 4:00 pm on that day by the mall entrance was pleasant, helpful and sweet. She deserves recognition because she stands out like a bright yellow flower in a field of green grass. She was a pleasure!”
“I saw God in the fitting room and He showed me cruelty and violence. A valley of dead men being chewed and crushed between His teeth! My long dead father called out to me, crying, and he told me to live as long as I could, for the afterlife is much worse than this one! What horror! He is God and He is Hatred! Great clothes in the store however”

“Very happy with the Customer Service here.My daughter and I walked in and were immediately welcomed. The gentleman was sitting by the checkout desk and simply told us to let him know if we needed help.I asked if he had any all black SeaHawks 7 3/4 9fifty hats and he said no. However, he got up right away and showed me all the Seahawks 7 3/4 options he had on 2 different areas on the shop. Additionally, he showed me which hats were on discount.I appreciate his help and will definitely be back to purchase more!”

“The service I experienced here was beyond what I had expected. I recently lost a nephew to suicide and since he wore almost exclusively Carhartt apparel, the family wanted to pay tribute to him by also wearing Carhartt to his service. The gentleman who helped me (I think Wyatt?) was very empathetic and helpful in finding the right items. He also informed his manager who shared his similar experience. What could have been an awkward and uncomfortable situation turned out to be one of comfort and understanding. Many thanks to them for their understanding and generosity. You just don’t find service like this anymore.”
