Rude. Came in at 4:30PM on Wednesday 8/16/23 (because we both work) and they refused to make a joint bank account with us because they insisted it would take 45 minutes and to go to another bank that operates on Saturdays.

You cannot go into this bank for anything without an appointment anymore. They are always short staffed and the girl at the front counter is extremely rude. Then they make you place a telephone call because they can't do whatever you need done there at the bank and everything is outsourced so you have a difficult time understanding people. So then they can't understand what you need and they transfer you back to the States to speak to someone else. That whole process takes about an hour and 20 minutes. So in total, I spent 4 hours fighting with Chase Bank today and I don't have time to do that period so I went down to STCU who was great, and opened a new account.

The managers are amazing! Knowledged and professional. A+ service. But...the teller I worked with on this date was EXEMPLARY. Excellent representative of Chase. I see a bright future for her in the financial sector. Thank her with some token in honor of my appreciation.

After having my account mysteriously cancelled Brent was so helpful in making sure we got everything figured out just in time for me to go out of the country. What a great branch of Chase Bank, I started the day feeling frustrated with Chase and The Indian Trail Branch made it right in the most professional, efficient way possible! Thank you!

They told my daughter when she signed up that their ATM in the lobby was always open for transactions but 2 out of 3 times she has gone there and really needed to use it to make a deposit it has been closed.
