Customer Service should be a priority! It is unacceptable when one employee is allowed to make customers feel like they are not an important. In fact she is very rude and condensending. In most places, I try to avoid people like this. Unfortunately, she works as the personal banker. I personally will never go back to the N Newport Hwy branch.

The staff were pleasant and attempted to be helpful. The company its self has limits on chasing checks drawn on an account in their bank that would make me choose a different institution. Very unhelpful.

Refused to accept my coins. Told me they have to be "rolled". I have an account here, we are told there is a change shortage, yet i cant deposit or trade in my coins. WHAT A JOKE. BEEN WANTING TO CHANGE BANKS FOR A WHILE.. THIS JUST ADDS TO THE FEELING.

Worst banking experience I've EVER experienced. I was racially profiled, interrogated about the funds in my account, because we were casually dressed I felt like we we treated like uter criminals. I don't know who the banker that help us name was but he lied to us, made assumptions about our account and got our account put on hold. LUCKILY we went to a different branch and fixed our problem but because of this we will be banking at a different establishment entirely. When you make assumptions about people and get their account put on hold because of your own personal ideology, just know you set people back TIME AND MONEY!!!! If I ever get the bankers name I will be sure to report Chase and him to the CFPB directly.

Big banks used to be convenient to use but lately they have been downsizing their locations. They still charge the same fees but with less business hours, closing almost all banks located in the grocery stores, and atms that only work 30% of the time. So with less ways to access your money and still paying the same checking fees, why do we still bank here? The tellers and bankers who work here are the best!! They are always friendly, professional and courteous which is one of the main reasons we still bank here.
