Well, first off, Andrew the counter service fellow was rude and condescending . 2nd, he refused to cash a check because it was written to Jeff, and my ID says Jeffrey....even though their client ok'd it. 2 ID, State and Federal not good enough. My entire life Jeff and Jeffrey have been interchangeable and acceptable alterations of the same name. I deposited checks with all sorts variations of my business name and no problem. Then he said bank policy doesn't allow them to cash a check over $2500...? Seriously? What kind of bank can't handle checks over $2500?
They even got approval from their client whose account the check is drawn on and still wouldn't do it.
Andrew actually made me drive across town to another branch....A branch that actually cashed the check.
Bad show today 57th street branch...
Andrew and No Name Manager had rude service on top of poor service, or I should say No service.

We are extremely happy with our experience! Garrett Hanson is our financial advisor. He has made what seemed extremely confusing very simple for us. I would highly recommend Chase Bank, J.P. Morgan, and specifically Garrett Hanson. We couldn't be happier!

Not liking the service with this branch. First time using Chase and had to wait a long time to open an account. Wasn’t busy with people. Also now finding out my debit cards have been lost (15 business days) and they want to charge $5 to send out new ones rushed.

Chase bank charges non-customers a $10 FEE to cash a check that is DRAWN ON CHASE BANK.What a RIP-OFF.

I don['t have an account there, but a couple of people who send me checks do. Staff is incredibly helpful and polite. I'd move my account there, but my present bank is far closer to my home.

I had a good experience coming here to switch from my old bank. Keith helped me with setting everything up. I'm giving 5 stars for the customer service and friendly staff. I left the place happy and am glad I'm banking with chase now.
