Customer for over 6 years, their installation tech went to the wrong house or totally lied about showing up for our move in installation. Cancelled my service XFINITY has been ten times better than you. You charge the same price for 1/4 of the speed. SWITCH TO XFINITY EVERYONE!!

Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service!!!!! If there were an option for 0 stars it would get it. Day 3 without service, and day 2 I've had to take off work to wait for a tech that can never stick to a time frame! The time expires and it's pushed out till later in the day till finally we're sorry we can't get to you tomorrow. Not to mention the customer service on the phone trying to track down when a tech will be out, you might as well get a translater to so you can understand what their saying. I'll be looking into other options for our internet as I sit here taking another day off work waiting for a no show tech!!!

The is good for most of time but god help you if you actually need to call someone for help or to cancel your plan. I don't what kind of staffing these guy's have but when I'm on the phone for over an hour and I drive to your site to discuss my plan and no one answers or the door or phone I get a little annoyed. The fact my connection can and will drop randomly is also not great.

5 TIMES over 5 months CenturyLink has blown off (THEY DON'T SHOW OR CALL) my appointment to finish their work to install and bury their internet cable that they installed on my property last January, forcing me to miss work and stay home for the appointment. Each phone call took over an hour of HORRIBLE SERVICE to attain each appointment: MADDENING!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

Drove all the way here to find out that there isn’t an actual store here anymore. It’s very much closed and for sale. If you could actually get through to talk to someone I would have known that before driving for 40 minutes to get here.

Wasted an entire day waiting on their technician who never showed up. No communication about rescheduling, when I contacted support I was greeted by someone who do not type proper English can barely understood what they said. After deciphering their supports terrible spelling I was told to "continue to wait". Here we are 24 hours later still waiting with no communication with an "Install date" that's 24 hours past. Ready to cancel and I haven't even experienced their service yet.

Internet is suppose to be 100Mbps. Goes in and out between 2Mbps to 30Mbps most evenings. Would not recommend this service provider.

I would give this company a 0 if I could. Been dealing with a line that runs across my property since 2019. Avista was great. They installed a new pole and all utility lines have been moved to the new pole EXCEPT for CenturyLink. This is 2022! It is impossible to get ahold of anyone that can do anything. Long holds. Work orders aka tickets submitted. Phone calls not returned, disconnects, etc. Next step BBB.

I have spent over one hour trying to get internet service in the home we are about to move in to. I had tried to call the local office in Spokane , but I ended up getting transfered to the National Account Service for Centurylink. I have spent too much time on hold, being transfered four times to "agents" that have a difficult time speaking English, or have so much background noise ( rooster crowing so loud I could not hear the person I was speaking with), I am giving up. My smart phone does give me internet, good by Centurylink!!! Not a company I want to support !

I had a serviceman come out to my house today, his name is Leonard Lee, he was kind and very helpful. I'm so thankful I was home when he arrived because I had some questions about the modem and setting up process- he was very knowledgeable and patient (especially with my 18 month old curious daughter who wanted to touch all his equipment) Leonard is a very genuine person, you never know with serviceman but I felt safe and the service provided was above and beyond! I was a previous Xfinity customer and would recommend CenturyLink over Xfinity based on their customer service and realizability. I also spoke to Lindsey with customer service and she helped me as well. Again. Leonard Lee- outstanding individual and great service!

Quantum fiber that is part of CenturyLink, worst customer service ever. Received mail pamphlet, email, and text that my area was now available and has working fiber. Set an appointment, no tech shows up during appt window and no call.Talked to support and they said it may be a month before it's available. Not sure why they let me schedule an appt if it's not available and not inform me as I wasted half a day of work.My neighbor said they have done it two times to him, no call, no tech shows up. I made my appt after his second incident and after I had received all the info it was available. Support person said their tech told the office but I highly doubt it because they told my neighbor it was going to be a month. I later find out I made my appointment a couple days after they told my neighbor that.Basically they will let you schedule an appointment, tell you it's available in the area and then just not show up because they are really not ready. I'm not a big fan of Comcast which I want to switch from but at least they will notify you if something happens.In the end I lose half a day of pay and they could care less. UNACCEPTABLE customer service.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Not even close. Terrible customer service. Would give negative stars if possible. (Not speaking specifically about the Spokane site - just the company in general.)
