If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company sent me to collections well after accepting proper payment from me. I have my confirmation number and receipt of payment on file from over 45 days ago. To my surprise, I received a call from an extremely rude collections agency this morning, saying I owe the exact amount I’ve already paid. It seems like this is the case with the 20 other people here that also left a 1 star review.I had cancer. I had to undergo surgery at Deaconess hospital downtown.I chose a solid doctor with great reviews to handle my surgery and treatment.I however had no control over which pathology office my doctor chose to go with. They went with Cellnetix, unfortunately. If you’re having surgery done thru Deaconess Hospital, ensure your provider does not use Cellnetix Pathology and Laboratories!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF AT ALL AVOIDABLE!! They were recently hacked and have not reached out to any of the affected people. My provider informed of the breach, but cellnetix will not return my calls and have not reached out to inform me of the breach or what information of mine was obtained. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. After reading other reviews they seem to be a horrible company all the way around.

Can I give it 0 stars?? They billed me, I paid it then they started sending me notices saying I hadn't. I forwarded on the confirmation email, gave all the info on the transaction and called NUMEROUS times and told they would fix it only to get another notice. They sent me to collections which I am disputing with a copy of the confirmation email. If you have to have lab work done I suggest you ask your physician to NOT send it here. This place should be reported for fraud.

The customer service representatives at the bill pay service are perhaps the worst I have ever experienced… I tried paying a $31 bill and talked to no fewer than six people before finally hanging up and paying on line. Each representative asked for my name, DOB and billing address without providing any confirmation that I was truly dealing with a CellNetix employee… one lady I spoke with had a rooster crowing in her back yard… not exactly comforting after being transferred on multiple occasions. I’m pleased with the services in Spokane but the Bill Pay system is HORRIBLE…

I received a bill for lab services two months following a colonoscopy and removal of 2 polyps. The invoice indicated it was submitted to my insurance carrier, which purportedly paid nothing.I contacted my insurance carrier and confirmed my coverage is for 100% for colonoscopy and related lab services, and it never received a submission for payment from Cellnetix.I called Cellnetix and was transferred 3 times before I spoke with someone to address the issue. (The automated greeting system and all 3 reps requested my name, address, birthdate, and Cellnetix account number. Redundant, time-consuming and frustrating.) The Cellnetix rep stated the invoice was previously submitted to insurance, but could not or would not provide proof of prior submission. The Cellnetix rep requested the name, account number, telephone number and billing address of my insurance carrier (which was on the Cellnetix invoice) and stated she submitted the invoice to my insurance electronically as we spoke; which begs the question why she needed the telephone number and address if she could immeduately submit it electronically? I requested to speak with a supervisor to request proof of submission to insurance, but was told the Cellnetix rep had no supervisor.

I see why everyone is giving 1 star now.1. They do not communicate with the deaconess hospital for billing or scaling purposes. They directly send the patient a bill even if its invalid.2. They hang up on you when telling them to care more about the customers.3. They set an unrealistic due date.Really it should say 0 stars for a rating.

This company is horrible. If I could provide negative stars, I would. Since my date of service in November 2020 (7 months ago), I have received one statement/bill in total. I was making payments to my bill regularly. Without informing me or even attempting to contact me, they sent me to collections! Now I'm being hounded by a collections agency for money that I shouldn't be needing to provide to a collections company anyway! SO furious and done with this company.

Worst billing experience! Feeling so vulnerable as a patient to receive multiple bills from this agency after I paid each time. My doctor chose this terrible agency for labs and pathology. How on the earth patients would know Cellnetix have 100% negative reviews until same bad billing things happened on us!!! Terrible agency....

1. My wife had a procedure done. They sent us the bill without putting it through her insurance first.2. They said they would put it through the insurance, and then a collection company called us.3. We were not able to reach the collection agency when we tried calling them back.4. After months of hearing nothing, I noticed that the collection is affecting my wife's credit. I have called Cellnetix four times today to try to find out if they ever put the bill through insurance or not. I have been sent to someone's voice mail setup, hung up on twice, and wasn't able to hear the person when I did get through.I would think that after all of the atrocious reviews they would make some changes, but apparently that is not a priority. I am no expert on pathology labs, but unless Cellnetix does something that Incyte doesn't, I would go to Incyte 10/10 times.

I had a less than $10 bill that I never received and they sent it to collections. According to them, they sent me two statements, waited 4 months for me to pay them and when I didn’t they sent me to collections. Called the collection agency to pay it immediately and got stuck in a phone tree to get free stuff if I was over 50, save money if I had Medicare, get $100 toward Target if I gave them my credit card and paid $2.88, and the list goes on. Never was able to make the payment because of the ridiculous phone tree. Now I will try their website but I am less than hopeful. I will do my best to inform my doctor to NEVEE use this company again.

I only got a call, I never received a bill or anything. I gave two insurances and the second insurance “didn't respond” Worst service ever, DO NOT USE.

The worst! I never received an invoice nor a billing statement. I did receive a notice from a collection agency. When contacted, these clowns refused to provide me with an invoice. I am hopeful that if in fact they provided services for me, their pathologists are not as inept and unethical as their business folks..

Like most the other reviewers have stated, I received two letters for the same procedure, both dated for April. I have record that I paid my bill on June 5th but on October 14th I received a phone call from a collection agency telling me I owe Cellnetix the $196 and change that I already paid. When I tried to contact Cellnetix, they "transferred" my call but really just hung up on me. The fact that the company put a bill for less then $200 into collections in barely 6 months with ZERO communication to me is bulls***! I will not pay for the same bill twice!

I received a bill from Cellnetix with the wrong insurance information being billed. I have tried to correct this twice now and they have corrected nothing. Now they are threatening to send me to collections for the entire bill, while still have not billed the correct insurance. They were even mailed copies of my insurance card and still no attempt to correct the issue.

Absolutely HORRIBLE communication! Was billed twice for the same services and told that the first was for the provider and the second was for the lab. Asked for an itemized bill and was told I had it, which listed the same procedures and provider name that had been previously paid and no DETAILS were included!
