The entire company is corrupt. The employees , management, and security are all unprofessional, unethical, and prejudice. The care for the homeless is improper and the human resource management is dishonest. Some employees are scared to lose their jobs so they won't speak publicly about the unprofessionalism of the company.

I was working with my case worker trying to get into a new place because these guys didn't provide funding for back rent, so we lost our old place. I went through so much heartache getting a new place set up, calling back and forth between the apartment and CC. At the FINAL step, after I signed my lease and they required payment, that's when both me and my case worker were informed that they were out of funding. I called now to see when they might be able to help, just to get a message from someone named REBECCA (want to make it known she's the one) stating that they can't help me BECAUSE I signed a lease. Meaning, they completely screwed me over after yanking my chain for about 3 months. REBECCA doesn't care and doesn't want to actually help people. Whereas my case worker, MELONI ARMSTRONG, was absolutely wonderful. She cared very much for my safety and helping me and went out of her way to do what she could.

They don’t help Mexicans, very rude people! Very discriminatory towards brown people with children. So condescending of why I don’t have a job well I’m on waitlist for childcare for multiple children. I can’t take my kids to work with me. But what do you expect when white people run the place.

hey Catholic Charities Eastern Washington, whats the point of having on-site live-in managers on your properties, if we’re going to be told “I don’t care; it’s outside my work hours” when my child gets shot with a water pellet bb gun by another resident and her kid who’s been harassing me and my daughter for over a year?just wondering…seems like a waste of resources and that also housing these “manager’s” families in a complex meant for homeless FAMILIES is kinda besides the whole goal and mission to eliminate homelessness…I’ll give you five stars; but for traumatizing me and my daughter even worse after our domestic violence escape by allowing drugs to run rampant and be dealt by multiple units, allowing violent tenants and their significant others to stay off lease and continue to terrorize others who are trying to get their lives together, and for offering discounted rent to those who make plenty more than enough under the table to be able to afford regular rent instead of housing actual families needing and appreciative of the help and services and resources that are offered here…at this rate you’ll bring the next wave of PTSD sufferers in, in no time! Alert Big Pharma, you’re about to be their favorite donors. <3much love GOD BLESS

I visited Catholic Charities to give them an application for farmers market purchases. The staff was kind and helpful. I watched her with another client, there for clothes and she was just as helpful and kind to her.

If I could give a negative star I would. One of their employees came into my place of work and needed to file a claim. I called trying to get info they didn't provide for their employees to help them with the claim. Spoke with Ronica who was very rude and told me verbatim " I don't have time for this today just see her!". Afterwards I spoke with the employee that was in my office asking if she had another number I could call because Ronica wasn't "in the mood to help me" so I could hopefully get the info we needed. The employee in my office told me that she had experienced Ronica being rude as well. So i was very dissatisfied with them today and find it incredibly rude to speak to someone in that manner.

Place is a joke....got there early for an appointment because I had other business downtown and they were gonna make me stand out on the sidewalk for over an hour... wouldn't even let me sit at a picnic table... I don't need that kind of help.

Unfortunately for my wife and I they only help families with small children. But I am grateful for all of the other services they offer to the community.

I was so blessed when I got the chance to meet with Ellie T. I participated in her Circle of Security parenting class and it really helped me see parenting in a different light and to understand what my child is asking for despite doing so in a non-verbal manner. Ellie looks at you as though you matter, because you do to her. She is genuine, and she cares! Ellie then hooked me up with another life changer, Sandi N. I miss you guys. You were the rainbow in my often cloudy life. Thank you for being such positive role models and for introducing me to so many other fabulous beings like Kristin F. and Susan H. You all imprinted on us. What you did for us will never be forgotten and will always be appreciated. Wishing you all the best and a beautiful 2023!

This organization has continued to give me and my family hope. Been homeless for 5 years. I am disabled. My husband is in rehab. I have my 1 year old. This organization got me help. I am getting into housing soon. Permanent housing. They are giving me furniture. And I'm so excited. This place is the absolute best. They have rules in place for people like me to have a better life. I have followed rules, and I'm getting into housing. It's a blessing. I couldn't be more grateful.
