“I had my first detail on my new car here yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
I have a tan/white roof that my toddler had kept touching with dirty fingers, there are little holes in my leather seats that they were able to get all the stuff out of.
They went above and beyond for my car and made a plan with me on how to pick up my vehicle after business hours.
If you are looking for a car detail or any other car service, I promise you wont be disappointed!”
“Stopped in and had truck, engine, brightner on fuel tanks, catwalk, and rims , also had a trailer wash and washout with brighter on trailer snd trailer rims and by far one of my best washes in 10 years of driving a big rig, took their time and hit all the areas I ask to be hit, very professional, I would recommend this over blue beacon truck washes and surround areas whose reviews were negative..if your not a pickie guy and have time to wait it's well worth it..anyone looking for a awesome place to get the job done this place will cover you. It's expensive but again well worth it and only $70 more then blue beacon truck washes. Only cons no undercarriage wash. But other than that sweet job guys!”
“FESSCO hand washed and brightened our 40' aluminum horse trailer with LQ and our Volvo 630 tow vehicle today. The two guys worked their butts off, and it came out great! I'll be back, stay often with neighboring business friends at Dunfur Kennels at the 4 Lakes exit. Thanks!”
“Love those guys, Dons team is always on board for getting the job done. We had a wrap we needed to do so they let us rent there shop, use the heater and start wrapping. He even cleaned and polished up the truck so it was nice and clean before we started.We’ve been using Dons wash for about 5 years now since we opened the school and we will continue to use them.Thank you Don- Jason Boudreau”

“Work they do here top notch. I ordered window tint, paint touch up and wax. I also mentioned concerns of piano black plastic around the shifter and how easy it scratches if they can do anything. They were happy to help they end up hand cutting paint protection film. For cutting by hand very impressive work.”
“Today 7/14/24 at about 5:30pm I was called there to perform a lockout, the gentleman who greeted me was a staff member at this carwash who paid for the lockout. Turns out the van was not his but a customer who locked his keys in his car. He chose not to be reimbursed for the lockout by the old man who owned the van, insisting to his customer that it's handled it's ok.
So while I did not use this carwash personally the commitment to customer service is top shelf. I will recommend Metro for that alone.”

“This car wash is seriously not only the cheapest and price but has the most selection of accessories I've ever seen at any car wash in Spokane not only that the customer service here is they go above and beyond and when I see above and beyond I mean it they're very nice there's a problem with the door being frozen to the automatic car wash and not only did they drive right down here to help me within minutes they went above and beyond to make up for it and these days you don't find businesses that actually care in this business cares and I will be suggesting all my friends and family and anybody else out there I promise you you will not regret coming to this carwash it's amazing and the prices are great with everything I will never be going to another car wash ever again except this one :-)”
“The location we frequent is always very clean, orderly, and the staff are the best. They are friendly, helpful, and kind. Even on the busiest days they keep the line in order and move it along quickly. The new Titanium Wash is car wash perfection. Perfect soaping and scrubbing, attention to each area, great underbody and tire focus and pressure, and the new wax layer really helps keep the car clean after leaving. We are happy to have the car come out dry with no soap left, and the vacuums have strong suction and the area is clean.”
“Again in need of a unit. I chose a 5x10' this time- and I'm an idiot for it! I needed way more space than that but none were available. They make giu give them a 20 day notice to get ykur deposit back which I think is a ridiculous policy. Also you have to agree to at least a two month lease in order to obtain a unit there. Oh well desperate times call for desperate measures, eh? I'm pleased with the friendly staff and the easy access. Overall I would definitely recommend this place if you are considering getting a storage unit!”
“Lots of options: cash, quarters, tokens, and credit card!Their new touchless car wash is open now, offering 3 levels of service, including undercarriage wash, soap & super high-pressure rinse, triple foam polish, surface protectant, spot free rinse, & blow dry! It's kept heated so you can even go in freezing temperatures!And the 4 self-wash bays have 6 options to choose from!A guy in the next bay forgot to stop his credit card timer, and the attendant gave him twice as much $ back as he would have lost! He even asked me to call him if there were any problems, or suggestions!Vacuum had great suction too...only a buck for 4 minutes!”

“We're from out of town but the bugs in spokane ate no joke folks. We have a jacked up 7ft truck and it fit perfectly on this touchless car wash. $20 was for the best wash and it did the rims too! (Say what?) We wish we lived out here for many reasons but this car wash is one of them bring these to Seattle please ? did a great job getting all the dead bugs off”
“The automatic car wash always does a good job on my vehicle. Vacumns work good and employees are always nice and they get you in and out even if there's a line it moves pretty fast. I think the monthly rate is very fair for what you get, I go thru basically once a day.”

This place is the best car wash I’ve been to in a long time by far, they have a really excellent team who get the work done the right way. “easy access and only 10 bucks to clean my car myself. Not a bad experience as the wash bays are covered and so shielded from the sun. I appreciate being able to wash my car myself and not have to worry about automatic car wash missing spots or breaking anything off of my car.
Also, debit/credit card payment is a plus, not having to dig for coins and guessing how much time I have to do what I want”
