“Our car was in an accident on Saturday, on Sunday, we went to rent at the Spokane Valley location and they were "out of cars" until Tuesday. We went to the airport location and shout out to Erich and the manager on duty for diffusing the situation (my husband was upset), made us feel heard, provided us options and even asked what kind of car I was looking at if my car was totaled. Told him the car and they got me in one for the rental. Great service, pleasant and he went above and beyond!”
