Aaron and Parker were friendly, helpful and professional! My car was towed into the shop and the team quickly took care of the issue and clearly communicated with me throughout the whole process. So grateful they were able to get me in last minute and get my car serviced right away!

Took my Impala in to get the back up camera fixed was quoted 380 for a wire repair when I got there to pick up my car the price went to 420 then I inspected the truck and found the lining was loose they fixed it but the handle was a little loose afterwards they said it's how it's supposed to be I disagree then I got home and noticed my trim around the trunk emblem was not installed correctly went back the next day sat there for 1 and half hours they brought it out and was not correct again and they told me that's how its supposed to be I argued with him and he said that's all he could do what a joke Arron was professional as he could be I left unsatisfied

Went in to get a brake issue looked at due to a known issue with vacuum pumps. I had an appointment scheduled and dropped my vehicle off the night prior.
Today, they called early morning and informed me it'd be a couple hours.
I tried checking in with them throughout the day to no avail. It wasn't until about 4 when I called that I was told they finally had the part and could do the work.
When I went to go pick up my vehicle, I noticed that my key fob was damaged. A piece of the rubber on the key fob had been torn off. Exposing the plastic underneath.
When I asked about this, it was basically like they didn't care, and they figured it was my fault.
I was looking over their work as well, and their mechanic didn't even bother to put everything back together right. The harness is not attached to the pump as it should, and neither is it attached to the front of the block like it should.
I had hoped that getting the job done at a dealership, it would minimize these issues.
I chose 2 stars because while they did the work in a timely manner, I'm not sure they did it completely right. I'm also still having the same issues with braking as I was earlier. I feel like this pump isn't going to last too long. But the pump failing Is a known issue across 2014 to 2019 chevy, and gmc trucks. Can't be mad at them for putting in a bad part.
I would not bring my vehicle back here unless I had to. It just doesn't seem like they care about anything other than money in their pocket.

Had to come in twice for service both times the staff and mechanics were very friendly and upfront about everything they were doing and explaining what needed to be done it's level of urgency and pricing upfront. Both times when the mechanics spoke to me about the issues resolution they were able to tone it down from mechanic speak to the language of I'm not knowledgeable with vehicles speak for me without coming off as condescending or insulting so I understood what exactly it was they were doing to my vehicle. Plus both times they had to keep my vehicle for a bit they offered me a ride home so I wouldn't stuck in a mechanics service department area/dealership lobby for who knows how long.

We had several issues with our diesel pickup and scheduled service. Drop off was easy working with Linda.
Before they started the work they sent a link to a video of what they found and the plan to address several leaks under the truck.

TLDR: took car in after accident that insurance was paying for and was told to kick rocks after they did not repair everything.
This service center is a joke. I took my car here for repairs after my car got smashed into in a parking lot.
They had the car for an appropriate amount of time, but when I went to pick it up, they had only replaced one tire. My car being AWD, it is common knowledge that all tires need replaced once they pass a very small amount of allowable wear. I wish this was the only issue.
When I brought this to their attention, it was dismissed as not covered by the insurance. They refused to request it from the insurance as well stating that this is not written anywhere. So I signed for the car and told them I would call the insurance company. Of course, the insurance company also told me to kick rocks unless I could find that written out somewhere.
I found it written in the owners manual, that seemed pretty basic. This tire situation is SOP industry wide. So I was not impressed by the lack of customer service.
Once I left the lot, I gassed up and headed to work. Upon reaching speeds off 55 + mph, I noticed a pretty respectable shimmy, so I called in. Having already signed the paperwork, I was again told to kick rocks as that "could have happened when you left the lot."
I took my car to a different service shop and ended up being out $1500+ to replace a bent rim (the one that was hit in the accident) and to replace sway bars and bushings that were damaged in the accident.
I had to do their job for them, and their mechanics clearly are not up to par.
I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was lied to by the service manager. They charged me 360 dollars to do what schucks will do for free. Never do business with these liars!

Wonderful experience when our bolt after only 2 months of ownership needed its EV battery replaced. Was greeted by Jared who help me get a ride to work after drop off, got me a rental car while I waited for the install, got me a ride back to the car and then had my car ready when I arrived at the service center. The entire bill was covered by the warranty, recall and Camp unsure who paid for what but happy that it wasn't more especially since we only had the vehicle for 2 months.

Very good professional service. I had major engine problems with my vehicle after using all my insured days of a rental car, they even gave me a free loaner until my vehicle was ready to go. Couldn't really ask for more considerate service.

Didn't have an appointment, but got the needed work done in a timely manner and in the estimated time frame of completion given when vehicle was submitted for the work. Needed a battery. Got 8.5 years of use from this last one before it failed based on dates on battery. Have had car only 3 years.

Suzy in the service department is amazing. My husband was driving from Seattle to Spokane for work when he had problems with his 2012 Silverado. Suzy was so incredibly helpful and nice in getting the truck in for a repair the next day, figuring out a rental car, AND making sure we had detailed driving directions to reach the service center. 10/10 and 100% for Suzy!

Service advisor is great! Really wondering how long some of the techs have been in service. Took my truck in for a certain issue and it was said to be "fixed." Issue came back and they had it for a week (did not get resolved). Requested an oil change when I was in. Not sure if that even happened. I paid for it. No sticker for mileage, did not reset my oil timer on dash. Did not record miles that it went in with and came out with. Considering they put 100+ miles on the truck to try and replicate the issue. They have been have been great when a check engine light has been on but definitely lost a lot of trust in my last visit. Really unfortunate since I have a lifetime warranty.
