Yall would not even honor the price tag you put on the item. Then I was told by the manager TS. Wild! Other than that, the selection is God awful and usually just rags and ugly garbage.

Odd experience. They still run the place like it's covid times. It's weird to wait to get into an empty store. Not just empty of people but merchandise too. I don't know why they are in such a large building. Prices weren't very good either.

They never have a good selection of big and tall clothes/shoes. It's hard to find anything that fits.

a very spectacular store, but they have taken to stopping people of color at the door with the intention of being recorded by a camera and being seen on screens. I don't know what intentions they do it with but the truth is that it gives very bad ideas. I have seen how the White people pass by and receive better treatment but those of color
The Burlington store on 5628 N Division st spokane wA. It is disrespectful what they are doing in this store in Burlington, they detain people of color to be recorded on cameras by scamming criminals.

This store is actually a discount store for every high end fashion brand you can think of. Great prices and great selection of clothing and accessories, the service is excellent, professional and friendly.

This store has been cut in half. You can tell it's dying a slow death. The entire back half is blocked by fake walls. Very little product, and it's a mess.
They are doing extra security which I understand, but they aren't doing it well at all. They have the entry doors blocked off inside to get you on camera/video before you can enter, but they don't tell you any of this. (We overheard employees discussing it) We saw several customers asking why they couldn't enter and not being told why. Then after they were in the entrance long enough to get upset, they were unblocked and allowed to enter. We experienced this too & it was awkward and rude feeling. Not a good shopping/customer service experience at all. We won't bother going back.

Don't go shopping there if you have small children. Bathrooms have been closed forever. I had a cart full of stuff and my daughter had to go bathroom. I had to leave everything and drive around looking for a bathroom. Did not go back. They don't deserve your business.

Unbelievable. I wanted to return some jeans. I was told to keep all the tags on them. I did. They told me they were too hairy so they wouldn’t take them back! I sat in one chair to put them on! Maybe I can send a picture of the jeans to the powers that be. No wonder they need help. Why would you work there?!? They were $13.99! Btw, TRISTAN, your explanation was terrible! My kids own a store and I have worked customer service before. I’m going to tell this story to a LOT of people!
