Went in on a Tuesday looking for some jeans that were online, for a wedding that weekend. They didn’t end up having them in store. Spokane store contacted A Boot barn in Seattle and they were supposed to overnight a pair and they didn’t get the memo and did not send it. I was left high and dry. Super upset and put in a bad spot. Thanks for nothing.

Needed my Stetson shaped and went in to see Spencer, I think that’s his name. He did a great job at shaping my hat to exactly what I was looking for, he gave me suggestions and tips on care for my hat and suggestions on straw and new hats. Spencer had two years experience shaping hats and worth it to me to make the almost 2 hour drive for a quality shaping. Thanks Spencer.

The salesman said if I buy one of their store brand boots I can return within a year if anything goes wrong with them. He said, quote, "even if your dog chews them up you can bring them back and exchange them." I brought back some boots that got a hole in the sole, I had tried to glue up the hole because i didn't want a wet foot until I could return them and apparently that "voided" the policy. Very misleading to say a dog could eat them and I could still return them and then hit me with a "well technically" when I come to make good on their promise. Going somewhere else for boots now I guess.

I want to give Spokane Valley's Boot Barn's employee, Justina, a HUGE THANK YOU!! She went above and beyond to help me find an item and send me info on it, since we live over an hour away. I couldn't find it online and she did everything in her power to help me. She is what Customer Service really means. Thank you ever so much, Justina.
