Used to love this place! But the last year my love has turned into "over it!!! Since the switch to Direct TV owned, phone service is terrible. Constantly lose connection.The north store has all new employees and I have yet to meet a nice person. The guys there are rude. Act inconvenienced that I'm there. Every time I asked a question, I was answered with an attitude or a. The worker seemed to get snotty every time I asked a question. He honestly was one of the rudest people I met in customer service.

I went in for a upgrade, but they wanted my money to upgrade the same phone, something wasn't right so I didn't upgrade, I left.

If I could do a negative star I would.. constantly have to mess with phone to get service, settings always changing,says I'm logged into same phone twice playstore has a old phone linked .. gonna stop there ...now waiting for them to tell me I can't leave service haven't enjoyed since day one

I have payed for a service I can't use for 2 months now. The phone app won't allow me to call anyone. They tell me I can upgrade and get a phone but can't do anything else. On a 5g phone gotten 6 months ago

Staff was as helpful as they could be. I came in with an elderly disabled client and the in store customer service guy was great. The over the phone customer service was ehh. All in all. Experience was fine. But my client wasn't able to get a new phone. (Not the in store ppls fault. )
