I brought my car in to get the speedometer and transmission diagnosed. Other concerns were brought to my attention, and I agreed to fix them as long as these other issues were taken care of. The speedometer still doesn't work. The gas gauge doesn't work now After the cluster was taken out and bulbs replaced. It's still shifts like crap after the transmission was serviced. It makes me wonder if this dealership can actually do a diagnosis or if they do a visual inspection only and do recommendations to get money out of their customers.

Buyer beware...... I am an 83 year old widow and had gone to look at a car I really wanted at this dealership. It still needed some work and it wasn't drivable for a test drive yet. So the Salesman kept my daughter and I updated on the progress of the work and invited us to come back to drive said vehicle when it was ready. I told him i would take the car and pay cash along with a possible trade-in, and was also told that it wasn't necessary to put a down on it, and the Salesman was having it sent for their 160 point Inpsection, keeping us updated on the progress. Here's where it got dirty. The next call we get is the Salesman informing us that while he was not at work, another Salesman sold the vehicle to someone who wanted the car as-is. It is sad when you sell a car out from under someone, giving them the understanding that the car was theirs. Yes, there should have been a deposit put on the vehicle, but you trust a dealership when they say a deposit is not necessary. Management, you need to do what is right morally. You could have called and asked for a deposit because someone else had interest. We didn't even get the choice. I just got screwed by one dealership, and was feeling better about getting this vehicle, but now I have been screwed over twice now. Car dealerships are just as bad as horse traders nowadays. They offered to make it right, we opted to not support a business that did their customers this way. It was all about the money, not about the customer. So please, change your business practices. We will be going elsewhere.

Hands down the best service department I've personally ever used. They're thorough. They're up front about their pricing. They stand behind their work. Never had 1 oz of insecurity that perhaps something wasn't as it should be. They're fantastic. I recommend them to anyone. Anthony was my service advisor and he is great

As a former employee of BMW Northwest in Tacoma, I am very pleased with your service check in process. It was very simple. I was greeted by Audrey and was checked in as Johnny was on lunch. As my car was being worked on, I received a video about my vehicles 24 point inspection (which was unexpected). Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and communication from the service staff. I will gladly be back as a return customer. Keep up the great work ??.

Great service, Audrey was super helpful! They arranged a Lyft to and from their shop and worked around my schedule, and answered all my questions.The cost was super competitive with what other local mechanics were going to charge me. 10/10 well worth taking it to the experts!
