Keeps a good stock of items on hand but a bit short handed. Usually need to go to the customer service desk and ask them to get someone so they can unlock anything behind glass.

I ordered the product over the internet and picked it up at this store. When I was searching my item to buy I used the chat client on the website. I made it very clear to the agent that I needed a USB headset. The agent help me find an item that I ordered. I also went to the website and reviewed the item before I ordered it. As far as the item being USB or not the website only said that it was wired and did not tell the kind of connection it had. Picking the item up at the store, I would give that 5 stars. The clerk was friendly and helpful. We took it out of the box to inspect it. The connection at the end of the wire was completely covered, taped up and closed, but since I had made it clear I wanted a USB headset I didn't think I had to open that to inspect it. I got it home and it was not USB. I live a long ways away from the store. I had to contact customer service via chat to find out how to get refund. I spent a very long time with this agent getting a run-around. He just kept trying to sell me something instead of helping me with the issue. Finally he said you have to return it to the store or ship it back via UPS. I also live a long distance to a UPS store and he told me I had 15 days to return it and that I could not return it via USPS. He ended the chat and I went to the website to get an address label. That was impossible. I went back and started another chat. Again it took a huge amount of time and he kept trying to sell me something. He finally sent me an address label via email. Me getting the wrong item was totally Best Buy's fault and I ended up having to spend a long time on this and I had to jump through a lot of hoops. The whole return process was a giant Catch 22 and monumental time waster. In the future I am buying my electronics elsewhere if at all possible.

Had to wait almost 20 minutes for customer service in the cell phone department after asking an employee 2 times if they could get someone to help me want to pleased decided to order my new phone offline and just wait the 2 days to receive it.
