While I was waiting for my turn in line I was witness to excellent customer service from the paint technician. The coupl in front of me was asking for help to color match some stain in a specific piece of wood. The technician went above and beyond, offered to test several different shades in the sample they brought and try to find a good match. He took their contact information and reassured them he would call in a few days.

The staff always premiere at the store. I am not so pleased with the Benjamin Moore paint. I leaned a broom on a wall recently painted with high end BM paint and it scuffed wall. I leaned it once to pick up dust on floor. The marks Will not clean with cloth or sponge. Unbelievable.

Very helpful, I own "Work painting Spokane" and I prefer to use Benjamin Moore, although there are so many Sherwin Williams stores, it's hard to drive all the way across town to get Benjamin Moore.... although worth the drive for the customer service a d quality of the product. Good prices too.Plus they have good brushes and roller covers.

Customer service is outstanding, Isaac went out of his way to help me (a criminal defense attorney) try to find my in custody client's paint co. employer that wasn't coming up on my initial Google search.

Mallory Benjamin Moore Paint Center on Northwest Boulevard is totally non-compliant with Covid protocols. We stopped in to buy one item around noon on Sunday. We grabbed our item and headed to check out. The woman working had no mask. I backed away and said that we don't want the item because she wasn't wearing a mask. She said she is medically exempt and that she has a note from her Dr. We left, of course. How could anyone possibly think that it would matter to me that she has a note from her Dr? That doesn't keep me or anyone else safe. This store is on my "never again" list.

Absolute best paint store. Staff is incredibly helpful and very attentive. Plus they have the absolute best paint you could buy for great prices!! Don't know why I ever went anywhere else!!
