The employees that work here are old and rude! They have no time for common courtesy and they severely lack customer service skills. At one time I came in to look for my own battery, which I don’t mind because I am not a complete idiot, and I was accosted like I was going to steal something. From that experience, I have learned to go to the front and ask them to look up and find my battery for me. So they can feel super smart! Both experiences are not friendly, they have no interpersonal communication skills. They have no people skills!!! I left my house with a purpose, to go out of my way to drive to their store to get a battery!! So, If I chose them and their store to spend my money then they should have some kind of gratitude!!!

Got there 40 minutes to closing time to get a keyfob cut and prorgramed. they said sorry you have to come back tomorrow we close soon.....we drove 45 minutes to get there. So they said we can program the fob but can't cut the key... Took literally 5 minutes to program the fob. I'm sure they could have taken care of a paying customer and cut the key before they closed for the night. Little ridiculous if you ask me.

Batteries Plus Refused to install my daughters car battery because it was cold out. Went to O’reilly a few blocks away and they installed it for free!!!!!

Took phone in for a battery check, they changed it, when I got it back battery lasted 4 hours less than the bad one and phone got very hot, called and they said they would try another one, took it in week later and when they were going to change battery out they explained it’s not the battery but it is the circuit board and they cannot fix it. Well why would they change the battery and charge me then say the phone is broken?Not happy

Wasted time drove here from Montana confirmed the price and the appointment, to arrive and discover the price is almost 400 more than quoted but they claim who I talked too doesn’t exist so I showed them the number I called and they said that number doesn’t even exist in our stores. So we called it and they answered the call so clearly zero communication and lack of accountability

Purchased a battery six months ago and it has a 2 year warranty no damage leakage or use and I had to jump the battery to start the vehicle they told me unless it gets to 10 amps by paying them to charge it I will not be allowed to exchange it for a warranty completely unfair the minimum wage worker told me he was sorry but to call corporate ?

I needed to get a battery replacement, and one that kept its charge for more than 1 day after a week. Batteries Plus had a real Samsung battery for me. It's still going strong, even after more than a year, I think it's been.Also, they initially started telling me they couldn't do repairs on major damage I'd done to the back of my phone and screen. But, they came through. And, likewise, no issues with the repair.Fantastic!

Good service, good batteries, this is my third marine deep cycle, I had two in my other boat, hook together for 24 volts for my trolling motor, used for two years, no problem, they were work hard, sold the boat, the guy said the batteries were still working great...

I paid 358 have front repaired did good job and the time but they broke the back and they said they ordering back n replacing for free. Let's see if they will or won't but won't be happy if they wont

Loved how fast they repaired my s10 plus but when I picked up paid they told me they broke glass on back and it's pretty bad. Kids got fingers cut from it but they stated they are going to replace it no cost. I just have to travel 2 half hrs and we will see if they stick to their word. I posted yesterday on wife's account luckily I recorded with my wife's phone in case it goes sideways other than that man it was good but 358 I'm kinda kinda irritated
