I recently had an interaction with Lori, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. She came across as unfriendly and rude, which made the entire encounter quite uncomfortable. Lori's attitude was dismissive and unapproachable, leaving a negative impression. I hope that future interactions can be more positive and respectful.

Store #247 the employees were so helpful. Noah and Christian got the batteries out of the scooter for my wife and worked hard to break the bolts loose and replace the batteries. Lori took care of the other customers so they could help my wife. Then they made sure it worked.

Zero stars if it was an option. Do not buy from this store. The warranty is non existent and they will not backup their products. A battery for an RV died in less than a year and there was no replacement/warranty because it would not hold a charge. Then when a battery was purchased to replace it when leaving for the weekend they would not adhere to the return policy posted because the battery was used for a couple days. The manager said to go ahead and do whatever when told a review would be posted online. Avoid this place and spend your money anywhere else.

Customer service has really went down hill. I have dealt with them in the past and had a good experience but lately this is not the case. I will no longer do business with batteries plus. It’s not good business practice to not be somewhat reasonable when customers have problems with the products, at least meet them in the middle. Especially this day and age with so many purchasing options. You are very lucky, you must have endless customers if you can just discard existing ones.

Needed a 12V battery for my generator. Went to Ace, Auto Zone and Home Depot. Two of the three said to just go to Batteries Plus, but I had never gone there before. The guy at the desk had what I needed in hand in about 3 seconds. Super cool employees there. This is where I will be getting my batteries from now on. Significantly cheaper too.

Stopped in for a new motorcycle battery. They had acid, agm, and lithium for choices. Went with the lith since I wanted the lighter weight and more cca. Did have to order online while in the store to use a coupon code which I think could of been over ruled. But otherwise great service and great product. Thanks guys.

They were there when my daughter dropped her phone while I was out of state. They made it easy and fast, and has competitive pricing and guarantee their work. She was in and out within a hr or so and her phone is like new.

I purchased an auxiliary start/stop battery replacement for my Dodge and it was an effortless purchase and exchange at the store. This is my 3rd car battery purchase at this store. They offer the best service and price over competitors. Always pleased with the quality.

We went in to get a key cut and programmed on a Sunday afternoon. Was told it would be at least 40 minutes if not longer due to only one of two employees could cut and program keys.... and he hadn't had lunch yet. I asked them "So I have to wait for you to go to lunch even though I'm here right now"? I was told yep because of corporate and because they haven't been taking thier lunches like they are supposed to and the fact that only one could do the job. Wait so the customer isn't important when they are right there in front of you?! Why should your customers have to leave and come back to make it easier on employees, what happend to customer service? I was very unimpressed with the lack of customer service and the lack of the employees caring how their customers felt. Do better Batteries Plus, train more of your people to do jobs that need to be done in your store.

I purchased a Group 24 AGM Dual x2 Marine Battery in 2021, exactly 3 years ago. The battery was purchased through a Marine Repair shop as part of normal boat service. One of the 2 batteries purchased is no longer holding a charge. The battery is an exclusive Batteries Plus battery and the date on the battery is clear. Because I purchased the battery through a marine repair company, Batteries Plus will not honor the 4 year warranty. The salesman claims that the Marine repair facility owns the warranty since they purchased the battery and then sold it to me in the course of normal maintenance. I will not purchase any more batteries from Batteries Plus. I have also informed the Marine Repair company and let them know the batteries they are selling to their customers are not covered by the warranty the company claims they have. For a $400 battery they should honor the warranty, not look for ways to avoid responsibility.

i paid over 100$ to have my screen replaced and i had to drive back to their place to get the same screen re replaced over 4 times and the home button still doesn’t work(that they broke) , i was a single day past my 6 month warranty (from the first screen they replaced not the 4th the warranty does not restart with a new repair) and they refused to fix the home buttion they broke in the last repair, they use cheep trash parts and dont know what they are doing cuz they broke more than they fixed, then they tryed to kick me out when i told them im not paying them to fix my home button im going somewhere else and they said “were not going to fix ur home button for you please leave” LIKE DUMB AHH I JUST TOLD YOU THAT!

The employees that work here are old and rude! They have no time for common courtesy and they severely lack customer service skills. At one time I came in to look for my own battery, which I don’t mind because I am not a complete idiot, and I was accosted like I was going to steal something. From that experience, I have learned to go to the front and ask them to look up and find my battery for me. So they can feel super smart! Both experiences are not friendly, they have no interpersonal communication skills. They have no people skills!!! I left my house with a purpose, to go out of my way to drive to their store to get a battery!! So, If I chose them and their store to spend my money then they should have some kind of gratitude!!!
