It is how stores used to be before supermarkets, packing great quality and selection for your food needs. The store is noted for its meat, which is cut on-site and described as famnominal and good quality, with a few different cuts not normally available. It is famous for its Maui steaks and chicken, which offer good value. The fruits and vegetables are also fresh and delicious. It has good selections for cost-conscious shoppers. A downside is that there can be a long wait to check out with only two cash registers and no express lane. Shoppers can talk directly to the butcher for special requests.
Always have great deals! Their Maui steak is amazing but my favorite is the pinwheel steak!

One of the few places left in town that cuts meat on site, Normally I shop at sonnenbergs on Sprague, but I will be making the trip more often. Great quality and a few different cuts that I cannot normally get.
