The atmosphere here was not pleasant. No one was smiling or happy to see me. Blase attitude. The reason I like the branch near me on Hastings is they go the extra mile for me. They fill out the deposit slip for me. That makes a huge impression on me. They really make me feel like they are glad to see me. Here everyone was just blah. I love the people at my branch.

I will NEVER bank with banner bank again. I’ve been with them for over 20 years and I am appalled at the level of unwillingness and the customer service I’ve received. Good bye banner bank. You’ve lost a long time customer for good.

I've been banking at Banner since I moved to Spokane. A neighbor recommended it when I said was fed up with a large national bank. The staff is helpful, and remember me when I walk in, one teller even remembers that my vision isn't good and prints out statements I request in large print. Definitely a customer for life.

I really like this bank and it's staff.I needed a bank account for disability payment deposits after being "off the grid" for over 10 years.They helped me with zero judgements, got me set up in half an hour, and are there when I need them.Great team at this convenient location.Thanks Banner Bank!JDSouth HillSpokane, wa.

I phoned to apply for a loan when one other branch said the particular loan I wanted was not available and the Colville, Wa branch didn't return a call. I was confused because the Banner website clearly said these loans were available so I called one last branch and spoke with Jaime Albertini and he said he would be happy to help me apply for the loan. He was professional, courteous and helpful. He set me up right away with Rosie Perry, another bank employee would would assist me. I won't get into details, but the application was very problematic due to no fault of anyone at the bank. It was just a glitch...but it was time consuming for all and complicated....and I was running out of time to meet the deadline.Rosie Perry (this branch) and Rachel Shepard and her team (in Oregon) worked harder than I think any business ever has on my behalf. They handled things professionally and timely. They were cheerful too which made a stressful situation much easier.Before I called this branch I was planning on leaving Banner Bank because of the lack of assistance at other branches but Jaime, Rosie and Rachel quickly restored my faith and I will be happy to tell anyone I know to work with this branch for their banking needs....and I got the loan ;-)

After 4 years of never missing a credit card payment. They decided to cancel me when I missed one payment. I told the lady on the phone I was in the bank parking lot at my local branch and will be getting it taken care of today and to please not call me as I’m working with my local branch. She said yep, I’ll call you everyday until it’s paid in a nasty tone and hung up on me. I walked into my local branch and the branch manager was on the phone with the lady who was on the phone with me proceeded to cancel my credit card. AFTER 4 YEARS OF NEVER MISSING A PAYMENT.

Worst customer service of any branch I have ever been to. Rude and condescending employees. Leaving banner after 10 years because of this branch, I suggest dumping Banner Bank, not the bank I once was

Worst bank ever!! Doesn't have your back with fraudulent activity on your bank account. Do not bank here!! I will be closing my account and letting everyone know about my experience!
