Terrible costumer service. Talked with assistant manager Susanna and she had a snarky attitude the entire time. 12+years with banner and never had an issue until today. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I recently moved my business accounts to Banner Bank. They offer extremely good interest on balances, which is rare these days. The staff was super helpful in getting all the supporting details taken care of, and helping me with the process.

I was recently there to purchase a money order. The teller spoke to me in a condescending manner the entire transaction. They made me feel so unwelcome, like I was bothering them, so finally I just asked for my debit card and my cash back and purchased the money order somewhere else. I have banked with Banner for 12 years and never had a bad experience. I suggest the team at this branch receives further customer service training. I will never go to this location again.

I don’t often take pleasure dealing with banks but mike Coffey is spectacular. Hands down the finest loan officer and upstanding person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The process for our construction loan was time consuming, arduous, and complex. Mike walked us through the process and made this whole process fun and now that our project is moving along, the work was worthwhile. Hands down, I will be dealing with banner and specifically mike for any and all loan products we require. I don’t say the best lightly, but mike Coffey is the best in his field. ? bravo, give this man a raise!

Over the years I've banked with a lot of different banks and Banner Bank, hands down, is the best bank I've had the joy of banking with. Paige specifically has been super helpful, timely and informative. Banner also has all of the financial instruments that I need for my business. My wife and I run all of our personal and professional banking needs through Banner. I've even received phone calls with ideas when new products or services are made available. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

I have both savings and checking accounts with Banner, I also have a safety deposit box.Today on july 10th Banner employees denied me access to deposit into my safety deposit box. I was wearing a mask before I approached the door. There was no reason to deny me access to my belongings or money.Now I have to get an attorney to gain access to my things.DO NOT RECOMMEND!There were NO customers inside. In fact when I called for access I was told they were only allowing people in to sign loan papers or new customers to sign up for accounts.If the bank employees are too afraid to interact with customers even when customers are wearing masks and willing to comply with all safety measures. Then those employees need to stay home. And that goes for the manager too.Some banks dont get it. You are in a service industry, serve us, or we go elsewhere. Like we did with our home loan and now our safety deposit box. Money accounts already in motion to move too. Congrats Banner!
