This branch is ridiculous. For a "lobby service only" location, the least they could do is provide service. They don't. I spent over a half an hour trying to get someone to pick up the phone. I finally gave up and went into the very empty branch (there was exactly one customer working with a teller) after the general help line informed me they couldn't determine whether the branch provided notary service (and that stupid, useless Erica AI answered every other question a person could ask, just not the one I had). I was greeted by the only person who could provide the service I was looking for and was told that I could set up an appointment to come in later to have my one page document notarized by her. She spent more time telling me why she couldn't provide the service than it would have taken to simply provide it. This branch should either close altogether or start providing service. Even the ATM only works part time! Thankfully, I've already moved the overwhelming majority of my money to an entirely different bank.
Follow up:
Why would I reach out on social media?? The whole point of this review is to offer other customers and potential customers insight into what they can expect if they try to get an actual live human to provide service. Many of us don't even use social media. Social media cannot notarize my documents. There are a few places in life where living, breathing people are still necessary. This reply is as stupid as the one I got from inept staff at the branch. Uccch, thank you for motivating me to keep moving my assets AWAY from your mindless organization.

I was treated horrible by Patti ! Her way of communication is out of line and disrespectful ! I'm a member trying cash checks from another member and was told I could go to a different branch to cash checks if I didn't like the new procedure she informed me of. I can't believe any employee would talk to a customer that way . It's my 1st bad experience with any branch of bank of America. Customer service should be a priority! I have never been treated like this by a bank before ?

It is not open very often. They don’t have many people working the counter and there is always a long line.

She genuinely cares for her customers and makes you feel comfortable like you are talking to a friend. In all our years dealing with banking, we have never met someone that has treated us as good as her. Thank you !

Doors open 6 hours a day? 10 am til 4 pm? Open only 30 hours a week? Always a long wait in line with only 1 or 2 people to assist you. Poorly managed. Watch how many customers walk up and try to open the door after 4pm. More importantly, listen to what they have to say.
