Took my RV battery in twice to get a charge. 1st time they tried to tell me immediately it was a bad battery. I argued telling them it ran my motorhome a week previous and when I went to start again it tried but went to clicking indicating good but too low to turn over. They charged it. Picked it up and it was good. Had similar issues a month later. Dropped it off. Picked it up 2hours later and was told it wouldn't charge. Said ok this is a new battery and I have to see myself before spending 200+ on a new battery. Took it home. Put it on a 3amp charger/maintainer......12 hrs later it was fully charged and turned over without hesitation....ladies out there watch out for people trying to take advantage of you.

Great parts, friendly staff, not always knowledgeable but they're learning. I was terrible when I first started. Thank you, I appreciate the response, I don't get many. Lol. My review wasn't meaning anything in a bad way, I wasn't swayed by my experience. I apologize if I sounded like it. At first I was kinda bothered by it, then I remembered, what it was like when I started. I had experience working on cars , I was only 18 but had been working on my dad's 76 K5 blazer and my 71 Chevelle and a few different friends cars, but I had to learn a lot of stuff still, and my dad worked for valley Auto parts, NAPA in Sunnyside for about 32 years, it helped very little, all different suppliers and quality levels, his store was a little better quality. Lol . I will still be a loyal AutoZone customer.
