I can’t say enough about how amazing experience was at Austin’s. All of the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. My jeweler, Sue, was there for me every step of the way as I created the perfect ring for my fiancé. I couldn’t have felt like I had better guidance through this stressful task. She offered advice when I asked, but also helped me to shape the ring the way that I thought would be perfect. She was willing to come in early or stay late to accommodate mybusy schedule. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the price was competitive or better than anywhere else. I was truly treated like family during my many visits here.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I will be here for any piece of jewelry to make or buy in the future.

After running into a sizing issue with a ring that I had ordered online, I was in a time crunch. I decided to go to my closest local jeweler and fortunately for me, it was Austin’s! Susan Chapin helped me pick out a ring and a diamond and had it put together in time for my proposal. I cannot recommend enough the team at Austin’s Fine Jewelry! They are great!

I brought my wedding band to get resized a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. I’m sure it was probably their smallest transaction that week, but I was treated as though my business was very welcome and appreciated. My ring looks perfect and I couldn’t be happier. I held off on a review to see what my opinion would be like after a while. It’s been months now, and my girlfriend hasn’t taken of the necklace that Susan helped me put together at Austin’s. She worked with my modest budget to help me find something special for my significant other and it turned out fantastic. I’d recommend, whole heartedly, Austin’s jewelry and especially Susan to anybody looking to make a lasting impression with their purchase.

A devastating event occurred when one of my wife’s wedding ring engagement bands broke completely off the setting. This ring has enormous meaning to her having belonged to her cousin, who passed at a young age and I was presented the ring by her husband to give to my now wife.Austins repaired it with absolute precision and made it look brand new with a turn around time that blew me away!So when I was looking for a birthday gift for my wife I reached out to Trina at Austins to find a set of blue diamonds for a pair of studs. Not only did she find me the perfect pair she also had them custom set in yellow gold for me!Thanks Trina, I’ll never go anywhere else, period!

Trina Burgin was an amazing example of the perfect combination of being personable AND professional. I had inherited several pieces from my mother and - in spite of my lack of experience with fine jewelry - Trina was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. She was honest and very knowledgeable, yet not at all snobbish or aloof. She made what might have been a stiff and awkward conversation (at another store) super fun and memorable. She even answered questions for me later via text. Trina is the best! Highly recommend!

Trina at Austin’s Fine Jewelry is a keeper! She’s so knowledgeable, patient, kind, friendly and caring. She recently helped me with some family heirloom treasures. Honoring the memories and remaking the elements into new family jewelry. It takes a special person to understand the emotions attached to those family pieces and to help you move through that process of letting go and then recreating. Trina is a “gem”.

I couldn’t have asked for better help!In February 2022 I lost a diamond from my ring. At the time I was in Spokane so I went to the nearest jeweler (Austin’s jewelers) and they were eager to help, even to rush the repair so that I could take it home with me before our flight out.The following February (2023) the same diamond fell out so I contacted Trina again and she apologized and asked me to send the ring down immediately. I had been incredibly gentle on my ring during that year. But once again they got it repaired in a timely manner and didn’t charge me for it either.Unfortunately about 2 months later that same diamond was loose and I could spin it in its prongs. Again I had been consciousin how and when I wore it. I right away put it away but hesitated to call Austin’s. Finally I called them and Trina was eager to get it fixed asap. They treated my whole situation like a warranty case and didn’t hesitate to do the repairs necessary.I could not recommend any jeweler more. They remembered who I was each time, they were very quick in repair (about 2 weeks from the times I sent it off to the time I received it back), follow up was great, and I felt like a valued person rather than I number in line. I hope to thank them in person when I’m in Spokane again.They are truly incredible, I appreciate all they have done for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I cannot say enough good things about Austin’s! After looking at several different locations, this was the first experience that felt personal. Trina took us into her office, and showed us upwards of 70+ different ring styles, all up close and personal. Trina went out of her way multiple times during the process of looking at engagement rings, and respected the budget I had in mind! and I am so thankful we stopped by!

I can’t overstate how excellent my experience with Austin’s Fine Jewelry has been. They made designing my fiancée's engagement ring stress-free and fun. I had the pleasure of working with Sue Chapin throughout the entire process. She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of jewelry design and took the time to explain things and educate me about all of the details. Sue always kept the focus on what I thought my fiancée would love the most and made me feel like the priority was creating something memorable and special for the love of my life. I will be returning to Austin’s whenever I want to create something unique and meaningful to celebrate the important milestones in our life together.

A friend told me about Austin’s after I had commented on her wedding band they designed there. I took a few very special pieces of family have and jewelry that has set in my drawer for decades. We sat down with the owner, Trina to create a design on paper. Albert their designer made a mock of our idea. I was in awe with how beautiful it had turned out on paper. I received my 3 generation piece of art all in one ring.It is so beautiful, a piece of art, I cried when I saw how this turned out. I have recommended them to everyone that has noticed this ring I wear everyday. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all aspects of jewelry and design.
