We have been taking our dogs to Audubon for 15 years. We miss Dr. Wachtel and will be switching to the clinic she is now at. The changes with the new owners are a bit too new school for our liking.

I’m new to town. My Ozzie needed attention. I called here to make an appointment. The woman that did the scheduling made me feel super comfortable over the phone. When we arrived for our appointment we were greeted with genuine compassion. The nurse and Dr Mudge then proceeded with such love towards my Ozzie. They found the issue and explained in great detail. The prices were also very fair. I highly recommend Audubon and will be bringing Ozzie back for his yearly.

The veterinary assistance as well as the vets here are amazing! They were able to get my pups in relatively quick same day. They were open to hearing any questions I had and answering them even if they were silly. I would recommend to anybody!

They got my dog Toby in within a few hours after calling for his allergy shot as he was miserable scratching a lot. Nice to have that quick response when he is hurting.

I appreciate the time spent to explain possible health issues and the treatments available. Also being quick when you have a cat that does not like strangers.

Very easy to work with. They got my animal in as soon as they could and are reasonably priced.

Dr. Crystal is awesome! Thorough exams. Friendly and knowledgeable. Little hard to get an appointment, but it's worth it. Have been taking my dogs there for 20 years.

I'm hoping someone will from management will read this so they can understand that their customers are having a hard time contacting them. There was a time I would have recommended this place in a heartbeat. Even after Dr. Moore retired and the new owners took over we had been extremely happy with the people, place, and service. HAD BEEN are the keywords here. Dr. Wachtal always has been amazing and still is. She is perhaps the only reason why we're even considering staying here instead of finding somewhere else to go.I'm not sure exactly when things started to change for the worse but we're no longer happy here. During the last 8 months we've been to this clinic multiple times but we don't even feel welcome anymore. The front desk staff seems to be constantly turning over and lacks enthusiasm.Since last winter not a single phone call went answered nor had one been returned to us (assuming we're able to leave a message as that sometimes seems to be working and other times not). We've had to make in-person appointments for everything, which in and of itself isn't a bad thing - it can just sometimes be inconvenient especially when we had a cat near end of life. We really wanted to spend some more quality time with her; not driving back and forth trying to check for appointment availability. The one phone call we did get was unexpected. It wasn't a return call, it was a follow up call after a visit. Someone wanted to see how our other cat was doing after a dental visit. I was at work when they called me and the staff person seemed annoyed and started to berate me for not knowing how my cat was doing at that exact moment and for going to work instead of staying home with the cat. I assured them someone was home with the cat and they insisted I call them back with a status update as soon as possible. I called back four different times before giving up. The phone just rang endlessly for minutes on end. When I brought this up on the next visit I was told that they have changed phone services and that's what the issue is. Really? For 8 months? We were asked to send our concerns to their email. We've yet to get an acknowledgement of any kind. And so today, I tried to call again and, as usual, the phone just rang and rang (I stopped counting after 30 rings). I made another in-person visit. Staff person can't find our records (again) but eventually did find the records.Trying to have a sense a humor about this is the only thing from making me lose my mind with this person. Here's a few lines from the 2016 Ghostbusters movie:Patty : That's where I saw that weird sparking thing.Jillian : What was it?Patty : Baby, if I knew what it was, I wouldn't have called it a 'weird sparking thing'.My conversation with the desk person was similar:Me : The vet gave her some medicine. I don't know what it is called but she said to come back if it seems to be working for the cat. It's working and so I'm here to get a prescription.Staff : I can't find any medications listed in the file. Do you know what it is called?Me: If I knew what it was called I wouldn't have asked you to see if you could find it in the record.Staff : Well then! You don't need to get upset with me.Me : I'm not upset but I am annoyed. This turned into a "is there something I've done" question to which I replied "I don't know if it's you exactly but no one seems to listen or even care anymore" and then I began to explain what I started out with on here... But she didn't even let me finish.I was interrupted and she told me that she doesn't manage the place and to send an email if I really wanted to complain. Sure..... send another email that no one will ever read is what I'm thinking.I asked if there was a person who does manage the place available. The desk person was kind enough to check and then came back with a "no". Apparently they're all in surgery, which may actually have been true. But the po

Great vet, have taken my dogs there for 20 years, even before the new owners. The new owners appear to be very conscientious and my puppy enjoys going to see them
