I absolutely love Audubon clinic! Dr. Young always takes great care of my kitties. I love how gentle the staff is when handling my pets. The prices are great, and they usually can see same day appointments!

Very sorry to be wrtting this for they have been the Vet for two of our dogs for over 10 years BUT things have changed for the worse. We took our dog to have her spade all went well once home I had to get ready to leave for a few days. I forgot to remove the Co-Band. A few days later I notice via video that the CO Band was stil on her. My wife went to remove and noticed the IV stil in. It was fter hours so she took her to the ER. They kindly removed it for her. When I called Audbon to let them know what occured. Later I calle dand ask abut getting soem blood work doe to look for an infection Well, bottom line, both myself and wife were accused of lying and eventhgu they woud do a blood test we woudl have to pay for it. Why? We have no paperwork from the ER. They may be in their rights but that dose not make it right. Sorry Adubon but I will not tollerate my wife nor myself being called liars!

Dr. Young is incredible. My cat has been having health issues since June of 2023 and we have been trying to get his health figured out to no avail. Dr. Young took his care into her hands in December and she has helped us get to the bottom of what’s going on! 5/5 would recommend her and Audobon Vet Clinic.

Very unprofessional and Shystie to say the least. Was quoted 260 on the phone for a Neuter, After the wellness, check out, I Was quoted by the friendly staff in the office, the same price But then the Doctor's assistant came up front with a bid for almost $700. Very unprofessional!!! I owned an operative a business for 21 years and would have never got that far being that dishonest.

Told that I must leave because I was too loud. When I told my dog to sit.
Went in for my annual shots. Have told them since the very first time I arrived 6 years ago that my dog gets anxious makes me anxious and reverberates. They didn't seem to listen and when I said sit. To my dog. I said it too loud and was asked to leave. Best thing that ever happened Garland Animal Clinic comes and retrieves my dog calls me on the phone while I'm in the parking lot gives my dog the medication that he needs and he is not anxious nor am I. Best

We have been taking our dogs to Audubon for 15 years. We miss Dr. Wachtel and will be switching to the clinic she is now at. The changes with the new owners are a bit too new school for our liking.

I’m new to town. My Ozzie needed attention. I called here to make an appointment. The woman that did the scheduling made me feel super comfortable over the phone. When we arrived for our appointment we were greeted with genuine compassion. The nurse and Dr Mudge then proceeded with such love towards my Ozzie. They found the issue and explained in great detail. The prices were also very fair. I highly recommend Audubon and will be bringing Ozzie back for his yearly.
