Glad I went to the ATT store! The online guy I talked to really screwed us over. I had a 26% service discount with my previous job. The guy on the phone said as a veteran I could get a 25% discount for life regardless of my job status (if I changed positions or something). Well he neglected to tell me that it was only if I was active duty!? The veterans discount is only 15%, so I'm an instant loser in that respect. Just so happens I had a career change and I can't go back to my other discount, so we're screwed. I'd switch, but whatever they tell you the other carriers are just as bad. At least the guy in this store was honest and up front with me. He knows his stuff. Didn't try to sell me on anything else either. Will go back there instead of online when I need anything else.

My phone updated and wouldn't unlock. They informed me I needed a new phone. Went to the location at Francis and Division after this and they did a soft reset that fixed my phone. The employees here on Monday morning (September 25, Wandermere location) were absolutely NOT helpful and tried to get me to buy a new product I didn't need. Go somewhere else.

Jorge at the wandemer store in Spokane is the best customer service rep I’ve ever seen. I got to the store when they opened he was the only one there and was able to help all five customers at the same time. Never seen such a multitasker before. He resolved all of our issues within ten minutes and everyone including myself were very impressed. AT&T had better hold on to him as an employee and give him an employee of the year award.

After waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged as the only other customer in the store, the clerk said to me "depending on how this goes (helping the other customer), I may or may not be able to help you." Nothing hopeful or helpful, no explanation. Just the fact that I may not get help. Absolutely horrible service. Frustrated that I have to give any stars for this review.

The best AT&T store around! Jorge is a fantastic employee for this store, this company. Don't bother going to any other location. Always go to this one!

I went in to discuss option for phone plans. As someone very controlling with my money, I want to make sure I’m getting the best value for my money. Avery was incredibly helpful in talking to me about plans and possible upgrades. I was amazed with the level of knowledge and experience that I was met with, and as a tech person myself, it was refreshing to talk to an associate who knew what I was saying, and would speak the same language back to me. I would only ever go to this AT&T over any others, solely because of the experience I had with Avery. Thank you Avery, I’ll be back!

Had a really good experience. The switch to my new phone was easier than expected, it did help that I knew all my passwords required. Lol But the person that helped me, Jorge, was really nice, patient and informative. Definitely going back there whenever I need anything.

Recently went to AT&T to upgrade my phone. Jorge was very efficient and showed me all my options. He provided fast service and was super friendly. It took only a few minutes to get a new phone!If anyone is looking for help to get a upgrade or get a phone at this AT&T store, I recommend Jorge’s assistance.

Dexter who works here now was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable when I recently visited. They deserve 5 stars. I hear they have new management now as well. Unfortunately my experience with previous managers over the past year was endlessly disappointing and I am moving my service and will not consider ATT as a provider ever again.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The gave me the wrong equipment then refused to make it right. They refused to give me the correct Apple Watch after they realized that they made a mistake. The area manager literally laughed in my face.
