My dryer stopped working this past Friday. Came to the store and talked with Andre. He was very pleasant and very helpful. He than asked what my dryer was doing. After I explained what my dryer was doing, he stated the before buying a dryer, he would suggest changing out the thermal fuse first. Went back today and he sold me the fuse and gave very clear instructions how to change it. Went back home and followed his instructions and my dryer is working good as new. This man saved me from buying a dryer with just a quick fix. He has such excellent customer service and showed a genuine kindness. You have a customer for life.

They know their products are reliable and if yours breaks within 90 days, no cost to repair under their in-store warrenty.

Adrian was extremely friendly and super helpful with getting a new dryer after ours died. They have the cleanest refurbished appliances I've seen and best deals/prices and their delivery options are great compared to anywhere else in town.

We bought a washer, pleased with the promise of a 90 day warrantee. The washer did not work at all. They don’t come get it, they don’t send repair person, are not even very nice on the phone. I’d need to borrow a truck, hire someone young and strong to move it. This is a sham warrantee! I’m writing to BBB and Consumer Protection at AG’s office. Bad business!

Bought lots of stuff from them. No problem but the last set I got had problems from the beginning was going to call but had a death in the family so call 6 days after the warranty and the owner can't do anything from costumers that have spent over 4 Grand there. Horrible service beware don't buy after warranty it goes out and they don't back there products.

So. We had a very normal and to-standard experience with this business. We came in on a late Saturday afternoon, looked at the inventory, spent Sunday discussing options, and showed back up Monday morning and purchased a washer and dryer combo set. They delivered and installed, no problem.
I had a very normal and respectful interaction with the salesman, the same man we finalized the purchase with on Monday morning.
My only concern during this process was what happens if we get them delivered and they do not work. We opted to let them do the installation because they promised if the machines didn't function when they installed them, they would at that moment re-load them and take them back to their shop. But the washer and dryer did work, and we have now ran it a few times ourselves, and so far, everything seems normal and fine.
My only complaint is that when they tested the machine, they didn't run the washer through a full cycle. That would have been better.
Regardless, we got a washer dryer combo set, delivered, and installed for a fair price. They didn't bang them up, were careful, and respectful through the entire process.

It's too bad because I like the guys who sold me my refrigerator, but I will never do business with these folks again. Bottom line, the top freezer never froze food and the frig was only modestly cool. At my expense, I brought back the appliance requesting my money back because the appliance never worked. I was told the store's warranty is only to repair the non working unit. Fair enough, however, this store sold me an appliance which never worked in the first place! A retailer cannot sell a non working appliance and then tell the consumer the store will repair the non working appliance for a fee when the appliance never worked in the first place. I ask if the store would take the non working frig off my hands for free. Surprisingly, they did not even want the piece of junk appliance they sold me. I don't make many negative review because I have other things to do like run a business, but in this situation, I feel other consumers need to know of my experience.
