“We have lived here twice. Once a couple years ago for 2 years and currently here for about a month. Theres a reason we came back to northwood ridge when we moved back to spokane. I don't know what all the complaints are for. The apartment is run by good management, its clean, they keep up on towing with parking permits, and the apartments themselves are well maintained and cleaned well between residents. This place is great!”

“Everything pretty good. It's the residents that needs to be a bit ethical in throwing trash away and picking up their own dog poop. I have stepped on dog poop..lol..... Over all it's a five star for me.”

“Shout-out to our new maintenance man, Dan! We have had a lot of maintenance men, but he is the best so far. We had an emergency water heater issue where our water heater broke due to the high levels of minerals in our water. Dan looked at it as soon as we noticed, and had the whole unit replaced in 4 hours the next day. It only took that long because he had to completely redo the doorway to accommodate the new and much larger water heater. He did a great job and really knows his craft! Thank you, Dan!”
