“Shout-out to our new maintenance man, Dan! We have had a lot of maintenance men, but he is the best so far. We had an emergency water heater issue where our water heater broke due to the high levels of minerals in our water. Dan looked at it as soon as we noticed, and had the whole unit replaced in 4 hours the next day. It only took that long because he had to completely redo the doorway to accommodate the new and much larger water heater. He did a great job and really knows his craft! Thank you, Dan!”
