The BEST! I have been a customer of Amazing Storage Complex for over 3 years. I rent multiple units for both personal and business storage. Very secure with perimeter fencing, cameras, keypad gate access and on-site management 24/7. Well maintained. Snow can accumulate in this region yet I have never been without access to my units. Great rates and prompt service.

My experience with Amazing Storage, is being nothing but a very positive experience. Great storage Units at a very reasonable cost, I love it , I used to pay same amount , for half the size storage unit. Untill my friend mentioned about the storage he rents, and what he pays . The people that owns and the lady that runs the outfit are amazing as well. Very kind, very helpful, and friendly. I am pleased to do business with them, and I know a few other friends and acquaintances that are renting units from them as well, and they feel the same way as I do. Amazing Storage, Amazing cost, that runs by Amazing People

I have been there for 4 years and my storage got broken into more then once and the owner tells me I'm lying. When I have all the proof and on top of it all they thrashed my storage when they broke in an when I've tried to go clean it up the owner started to harass us every time we even go there. An now has locked us out of the 24 hour access we can only go there when the office is open. Really messed up when we have done nothing wrong we just tried to clean up our storage after it was broken into and they won't let us. The owner is very rude and disrespectful.

I was able to get signed up with Amazing Storage with ease, even though I was doing so from out of state at the time. They made everything easy and the unit was ready for me to move in the day I arrived. The office personnel were exceptional, and the owner even stepped up to the plate to see that everything was functioning well on the door when I had complained that it was difficult to slide the metal bar open. I would happily recommend them.

The name says it all! Amazing service, people and storage space. My daughter in college needed to store some of her belongings over the summers and Felicity has been so helpful and made things so easy for us to arrange. The property is secure and safe and the space was very clean. I highly recommend Amazing Storage and believe they are the best in Spokane!
