My experience with Alamo Car Rental was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and thorough during check-in. Throughout my rental, they were always available to assist with a genuine smile. Alamo's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, making them my go-to rental company in the future. Highly recommend.

I rented a car at the Spokane airport and was in the middle of nowhere when the wiper fluid ran out. I couldn’t see enough to drive the car anymore in the freezing dark. Alamo towed the car and sent me to somewhere for the night in an Uber. Seemed like everything would be ok, but the next day they left me stranded. Alamo customer service was terrible to deal with and didn’t help. I finally called Enterprise, who sent a car to pick me up. Make sure to check the fluids if you rent a car!

The people at Alamo were great representatives of friendly, professionals! Rachel at check in was pleasant and efficient. Roger working the lot where we brought the car back was very welcoming. The ONLY negative was not having a kiosk to check in to get the car after I had already rented it online. Great experience though and I will be using them again

Nice car for the price although it stated that a cd player was included with the car's features, and there was not a cd player. My trip took me through the mountains for 5 hours I couldn't get a station on the radio. It clearly stated cd player in the description of cars features.

They’re currently trying to pin a preexisting dent on the rental truck on me after I informed them of the damage BEFORE I ever drove it off their lot, took pictures with time stamps and sent those, and now “it’s been escalated to a higher agency and it’s my fault”. NEVER rent from them. Kimberly Pomo is the agent who fumbled this whole process. I’ll go out of my way to make sure people don’t use this company.

My experience with Alamo of Spokane has been amazing. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Allen at the front desk in the airport. Allen is a lovely and kind gentleman who has been able to upgrade my family, which is appreciated by all. Thank you Allen for making the checkin process seamless!

I had a good experience with this Alamo rental. There was no line, the manager there was prompt and helpful without being pushy, and the car was easily obtained for my trip. The only reason it is not a 5 star review is because I ordered a sedan and was given an SUV (which I’d rather not have) otherwise everything was very good.

predatory business. I pointed out large dent in bumper when I picked up car after being told by the agent that the car was in “perfect condition.” Instead of switching to a different car, they gave me a little note saying the damage had been indicated. I showed the note when I returned it and they said no problem, but now I have an email asking for pictures and my insurance information. Nice staff who work there but obviously management is trying to pin this on some poor s***** who doesn’t check the car. Shame on you, Alamo rental GEG, you won’t have my business again.

Grandson left his iPad in the backseat on accident. Went online and completed the Lost and Found report THREE TIMES. (Never received the confirmation they said I would receive after completing the report). I phoned and spoke to customer service, again three times. The last time they gave me the direct line to the Spokane (GEG) office. I have left 2 messages, and sill no return call 4 days later. Leaves me to believe a couple of things, they don't care about customer service after 'the deal is done', and they employ thieves. I will never rent with Alamo again.

The car rental check out was fast and efficient. I was on my way out to the car lot within ten minutes. My rental was a Nissan Kicks and got very good gas mileage. It took awhile to figure out how to open the rear hatch since there was no remote release inside the vehicle. Other than that, everything was great.

Excellent Customer service via call center! The Lot Agent was also very helpful. Far exceeds in-person service at the Spokane Airport counter. Don't expect the vehicle you reserved to be available when you show up!
