Alamo is consistently the best car rental company. Best prices, no additional fees and the quality customer service expected by a top brand. I travel for work and personally on a budget. I have tried a few other brands over the years, but I only choose Alamo now.

I was provided a Toyota Corolla with more than 50,000 miles. We endured a poorly. maintained vehicle with loud rumble at 60 mph and brakes that shuddered. When informed of the issues upon return, the representative immediately asked how Alamo could make it right. When I suggested a 50% reduction in cost, she immediately responded that she could do that. Everyone deserves a mulligan. I'll be back.

Not exactly satisfied. They tried to give us (a family of 5) Kia Soul instead of full size sedan. Not sure what prompted them to go such fishy route, they had lots of available cars on the lit. Exchanged our car but it took our precious time. Do not recommend.

Picking my car up at the Spokane airport was easy to do. I love renting from Alamo because they don’t have an extra hold on my credit card. The Alamo rep was very nice, cheerful and professional. We picked up our Midsize SUV and left. The car was clean and maintained well. Dropped our car off and had trash to dispose of but the attendant said to leave it in the car they would take care of it. It was a great experience with Alamo care rental service and will continue to rent from them with great service we always have renting from them.

Five stars. The app is easy to use, the pick-up and drop-off was super slick, and the minivan I rented was actually cheaper than the competitors. At pick-up, Ozzy was fast, polite, and had me on my way in under 6 minutes. And he didn’t make me feel like he was going to kidnap my family if I didn’t buy their insurance. Robert, on the drop-off side was polite, friendly, and got the minivan all checked in before I could even unload my luggage. But at the same time, his relaxed demeanor didn't make me feel rushed. He could even check that I filled the tank using his mobile device so I don’t need to keep my fuel receipt handy anymore. I like that. I would recommend Alamo at GEG to my friends and I’ll definitely be renting with Alamo the next time we visit and at other locations as well. Thanks for taking the stress out of renting a car!

Very friendly service at the check in counter, and in the garage where we received our car. We did not some minor but reportable damage to the car that we documented (time stamp photo and inspection sheet) however, there was no one around and no gate attendant to report the damage to. The car was
Otherwise clean and comfortable. When we returned the vehicle we were helped by an outstanding customer service representative. I explained the damage to the vehicle and he assured us that Alamo was aware of the obviously old damage. He was pleasant, helpful got us on our way to the terminal in short order.

My experience with Alamo Car Rental was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and thorough during check-in. Throughout my rental, they were always available to assist with a genuine smile. Alamo's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, making them my go-to rental company in the future. I rented a car at the Spokane airport and was in the middle of nowhere when the wiper fluid ran out. I couldn’t see enough to drive the car anymore in the freezing dark. Alamo towed the car and sent me to somewhere for the night in an Uber. Seemed like everything would be ok, but the next day they left me stranded. Alamo customer service was terrible to deal with and didn’t help. I finally called Enterprise, who sent a car to pick me up. Make sure to check the fluids if you rent a car!
