I bought a Stihl RMA 510 V from here. The staff were fine but the product is terrible. Never buy a Stihl battery powered lawnmower. It is terrible in wet grass and I mow on #3 setting. Leaves grass everywhere and if you clean the undercarriage it just fills up more. This is supposed to be Stihl’s commercial mower , at least that’s what the ACE guy said, total piece of junk.

I went to find some waterproof playing cards. First person I asked said they don't even have cards. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Never coming back for cards.

First off these are the most unfriendly people I've ever met. Was in their with my wife and 2 kids and was harassed 4 times by 4 different employees in the 10 minutes we were there. Literally refused to let us browse without telling them what we were looking for and followed me and my family around the whole time.
Once I went to the register they rounded my total up costing me an extra .96 after I specifically said no. When I called them out on this they refused to give me my money back even with the receipt.
Tried to talk to the owner Bruce Greg and was refused.
Don't shop here.

Very disappointed in the manager (Ashley) I went in there with my dog (who's very well behaved) and had a nice time until I noticed I kept seeing the same worker sitting at the end of the aisle I was going down or coming out of and would move down to where I would go. I may not look like someone with a lot of money, but that's no reason to follow me around to see if I'm stealing. I did make it a point to go back and forth on a few aisles. That way I knew it was no coincidence that she was following me. it was very disappointing and disrespectful. I do own my own plumbing company, and I've been a plumber for over a decade and I go into Ace's all over the northwest, and this was by far the worst experience I've had. Next time, instead of embarrassing me by following me around, just come and ask me if im stealing so I don't feel disrespect.

Ace is such a great hardware store. They care and actually serve you. The Francis store in Spokane is the best. I’m in there all the time. Myopic won’t be disappointed!

I tried to visit this sometime today and some lady working there was yelling at a potential customer and locking the doors off from everyone,even those trying to leave. I don't care the reasoning this was by far the worst approach to any situation involving any customers. Current or potential.
